On 13 Nov 2021, I obtained numbers of printer repair shops and also permitted Just dial to inform the vendors about my requirement. Mr Narender Sharma, mob +[protected], Printer World rang me up offering to repair my printer.
I told him that my printer had no problem except that paper feeding was not taking place.He has taken the printer for repairs but not yet returned the printer and does not answer phone. I also learnt that he has no shop but just picks up the faulty gadget and outsources to someone else. Such untrustworthy people must not be enrolled in your database as they spoil your reputation.
I am lodging a police complaint against the vendor. I also propose to take action against JUSTDIAL if they do not blacklist him and bar him from their database. Please remove him and inform me of the action taken
