Printvilla.in — order not addressed even after 2 weeks

I havr placed a order for a mobile case in printvilla.in on april 8 (Order id: 76119). I have paid the entire order amount via internet banking. It has been 7 working days. But i have not received any kind of order confirmation or shipment details. They are not responding to emails or messages. They don't have a proper customer service. Through facebook and other social medias, i came to know that, they have not serviced order of many other people just like mine. Kindly take legal action against the site.

I have purchased one mobile back cover from this website name as printvilla.in they have taken money from my paytm account . Bt it has been 7 days ago, i haven’t got any tracking id any contact details from the website. I have e-mailed them also but they are not responding. Please help me to get my ₹194 refund back

I have purchased 3 mobile phone cases on 16th of april 2018. But yet i haven't received any confirmation regarding its delivery date amd all. Kindly make a complaint against it to send them soon or else return my money back to me. Rs 492 is not a less amount. Printvilla.in is a scam.
Please initiate as soon as possible.
