Printvilla.in — order not received, payment already made | |||||
Hi I am Tapassya, I had ordered 2 phone cases from printvilla.in. The order was placed on 20th April 2018, Its been 13 days I have not yet received my order where as I have already made the payment online as they do not have COD option on their site. I have not even received any details about my order from them till date. The order status still shows processing on the website; my order number is Order #83683. Even after repeatedly contacting their Facebook page there is no proper reply from them. They have not even mentioned any contact number on their website. I have mailed on the email id which is mentioned on the website but there is no reply on the mail either. I believe this is a fraud website just created to loot money from people. I have come across many complaints about this site on this forum. Kindly help us get our money back. Please take some legal action against the people doing such fraud.
