Hi, this company is fraud, on november 2017 this company has taken 1 lac for holiday trip every year for hotels bookings. But post that whenever we have booked it we have not received a single booking no customer service of them has called us, neither their office is in the same location. I am a middle-class lady we have booked it so that in five years we can go any wear across the globe enjoy a vacation. These people have not sent us on a single trip. I need my money back. Please help me. I have agreement welcome letter. Please help me.

The company has given false promises and closed down ... as usual it has opened under a new name and looting other customers I have paid Rs 250000 and not got anything in return hey had there office in navi mumbai in khar and andheri all are closed now they have opened under GALLIVENT and services to priority customers is closed.
