I have received call from priority international holidays club yesterday for gift collection but they have given me 90 minutes presentation. Swipe my credit card rs. 20000 without agreement sign & taken 60000 amount cheque of citizen bank & demand for cash also. Agreement & presentation is totally mismatch with agreement. It is truly fraud. Please help to refund my 20000 rs. 60000 rs cheque of citizen bank & collect ur agreement from me. Request you to please help me in this matter. Nov 13, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the call from 022 60605514 land line no. This land line no belongs to priority holidays. Their executive Alam called me & told that I am calling from reliance mart & you have won the gifts.
I went same day in office. They have given me 90 mins presentation. They had explained about club membership but it is totally mismatch with agreement. They have given me 0 % EMI option but is also wrong. Very next day I had called up customer care executive for refund my money but they are denying. Arif Sayyed is sales manager & he is doing fraud with customer. His mobile no is 9820919416. Customer care email id is [email protected] & contact no is 022 60605509. I request you to please help to refund my money & take strict action against fraud manager, executive & company. | |||

Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.
