Dear Sir, This was my first Holiday membership plan bought in India from Priority International. Which was taken on 15th June 2015, After taking Full Amount at one time stating that we are giving you special offer Membership privileges. Membership card will given to me within 10 days, till 24th July I was made to run around their office more then 10 time just to get my membership card - on 21st July, I was told to take vacation and see our privileges which were promised. So I had request to take vacation and I was asked to provide dates and country name, which was given to them by email as well as by hand on 25th July - the day they gave my membership card. After submitting the details of Vacation every day I was calling them to check whether my Holiday/Vacation package is available - Everyday I was assured that I will get the vacation package on the given dates as promised. On calling their customer care department every time I was transferred to talk to different executives - every executives was lying - only giving assurance on phone call that I will get my holiday package soon no written confirmation, some of the executive mention to me that if we fail to give you your vacation package we will return your membership amount. No proper communication no reply was given for my emails - neither any vacation package is confirmed nor my money is refunded till date. Sir on customer care executive person confirmation I booked my tickets - My family holiday is in jeopardy - Now I have to pay from my pocket all expenses for these vacation. Sir I hereby request your forum to get my Hard Earn money back from them I don't need any vacation package anymore. I have gone through so much harassment and stress in last 3 months.
