Priority International — mail and phone number not reachable

I have tried to reach them over phone and mail. But mail is getting bounce out and phone number is not working. How to lodge a complain in court against them who lotted heal lot of hard earned money from us.

I enrolled myself around 2016 feb and i am trying to reach them over phone and email, but no response.

I am getting below error.
