Priority International — No refund of money invested and no holiday also

I became member of this company in 2016 for five years with a lumpsum payment of Rs. 1, 15, 000/-. My membership no. is PIKM5153. I availed of one complimentary holiday to Dubai in August 2016. When I reached Dubai hotel, I was told that the hotel reservation was cancelled. After many phone calls, i was given the reservation. I had to spend lot of money in international currency for these calls. In Aug. 2017, I tool Goa trip. It was okay. Since then I am asking them for my yearly holiday but there is absolutely no response. I even went to their HO at Pune but the office there was also closed. I tried to contact them by email, visiting their Mumbai office (which was shifted) and on phone but there is no response at all. I tried to get refund but they do not reply at all.
