Could not pay balance amount due to genuine financial strain (Being senior citizen and faced with eye ioperation).
Requested to return the amount due to genuine inability to use your club facilities.
Despite repeated requests, there has been no sympathetic consideration from your side.
I am now 77 years old and make final earnest appeal to return my contribution of Rs. 30, 000 with interest after deducting a reasonable penalty at your lineant consideration - for which I shall remain obliged to you.
