I am having memebership with them from last 2 years and this year when i am planning for my holidays they are not responding me and replying only that system is upgrading and you send your travel details later even when i called on customer service they are not picking up my calls.following is reply they are giving from last 15 days

This is to inform you that due to up gradation of our booking system/Portal and with new tie ups with upgraded hotels we are not taking any fresh booking request till 3rd week of July 2016. We will proceed all the booking after above mentioned period. Request you to kindly plan your holidays accordingly.
