Priority International — unable to contact for refund

Priority international is a fraud company. I took the priority membership in dec'16 at rs.1 lac for 5 years membership. I have not availed any single holiday till date. Now i want to avail. I tried to reach them via email, phone call but unable to reach them.
It seem's like they shutdown the services by cheating with me & lot of other people. I want refund of the money.
Pls guide me how to resolve.
