Pristiza Services — fraud, no response and money is stuck

Hi,
I am a member of prestiza services and took a membership for 5yrs by paying 1.05 lac. However, now they are not reachable by any means and all my money is stuck. Even they took utility charges of 7000/- and another 11, 000 i had to pay at hotel which was booked through them but they never made payment to the hotel.

I really request you to look into the matter and either start my services or please refund my amount.
