Pristyn Care — I am complaining about pristyn care not support me to provide my bill and all medical reports

After my surgery pristyn care executive not supporting to provide my payments bill and medical reports. I suppose to be provide my bill and medical reports in week to my company for a medical rembersement .because of not providing anything. I was loss my medical claim. After taking many follow up they are not responding for a anything.
