My experience with Pristyn care and their doctor Rohit Mishra is pathetic, worst and tormenting. I had my septo-rhinoplasty surgery done by dr Rohit Mishra the plastic surgeon and he has put me in the worst health condition. First, without prior discussion and without my consent he made my nose over projected towards upward direction. And when I complaint about nose over projection he tried to convinced me by saying all female prefer to have 180-degree upward nose tip, whereas, there is no such calculation of 180 degree. moreover, his surgery caused infection there was puss discharge for 7 days and bleeding from my nose. After having argument with him, he then accepted his mistake and again he operated my nose to rectify his mistake and suggested me not to have any discussion with pristyn care. Dr. Rohit Mishra had never done nose correction surgery before. without having any prior knowledge of correction surgery, he performed second nose correction surgery just within two month of preliminary surgery, whereas he was supposed to do it after 1 year.
In the second surgery he made my nose deviated towards my left, the osteotomy which he had done on my nasal bone was carelessly mishandled by him and this resulted in misalignment of my left side nasal bone causing injury and pressure on my left side eye nerves. He distorted my nose completely. Moreover, later I realized he had made an incorrect discharge report. He mentioned wrong diagnoses and incorrect chief complaints. Stating patient had crooked nose and nose blockage.
My complaint against dr.Rohit Mishra is on :
1- Post Septo-Rhynoplasty surgery issues
2- Distorted nose due to his incompetency
3- Dereliction of the duty: Made incorrect discharge report with incorrect diagnosis and incorrect patient's chief complaint
4- Medical negligence: Performed Nose surgery without conducting prior nose CT scan to detect chief diagnose. Osteotomy was carelessly mishandled, resulting into misalignment of left side nasal bone. No physical examination, no treatment and no test were conducted to check the severity of the post-surgery infection. Without having any prior experience of nose correction surgery, within one month of 1st surgery dr. Rohit Mishra performed 2nd nose correction surgery just in one month. Whereas medically revision nose surgery must be performed after 1 year but dr.Rohit Mishra performed within two months of primary surgery
5- Attempt of medical error: Within one week of first surgery, dr. Rohit Mishra Planned to give steroid injection on the over projected nose without discussing the ill effect of the steroid. It was later known to patient by other doctors that by steroid injection nose become incompetent to perform any future surgery
- After second nose correction surgery dr. Rohit Mishra Planned to give fillers injection to the pinched nose tip which was latter known to patient by other doctors that fillers is not supposed to be given on pinched nose as it is caused due to severe tissue injury. Fillers are not the solution for pinched nose as it will further distort the nose
- After 5 days of first surgery, dr. Rohit Mishra, neglectfully and carelessly removed the nasal plaster resulting into traumatic misaligned of left side nasal bone
- Even after highlighting about the pain in left eye and pain in the nose and bleeding from the nose, dr rohit Mishra didn’t showed any readiness to assist with the solution but spoke rudely and insolvently he told me to keep on taking painkiller as long as it pains.
On complaining this to Prystin Care they are not ready to accept, even after providing them with all the evidence and proof they are not ready to give me a corrected discharge report nor ready to take any action against dr. rohit mishra for his medical negligence and manipulation.
Dr. Rohit Mishra's medical negligence caused me difficulty in breathing, most of the time I breath through my mouth, nose syneature has developed, Nose septum has become deviated towards left side. Fractured nasal bone is creating pressure on my left eye nerves causing pain and swelling around my left eye and my vision is getting blurred. My left side facial features have been changed, my left side lip and nostrils got pulled upward.
As per the other outside doctor diagnoses and reports they suggested me to go through surgery once again for the third time to get the fractured nasal bone aligned, to straighten the deviated septum, to correct the nose syneature and nose pinch.
Now, dr. Rohit Mishra, by blocking my contact number has shown his incapability of facing the situation and his incapability of confronting my complaint. He didn’t even ever bother to understand where he had gone wrong with his surgery or ever tried to investigate it. He is hiding himself.
Prystin care is not ready to take any action against dr Rohit Mishra infact they are covering up his mistakes by giving ingenuine and irrelevant answers without providing any evidence to their answers.
As per the reports and evidences i have provided to pristyn care all have proved dr.rohit mishra's medical negligence and poor surgery done by him.
Pristyn care is not ready to refund my money nor ready to have my corrections surgery done cost free.
Doctors on Pristyn care's panel are not experienced. You will find only those Doctors in pristyn care who are NOT recommended by other good doctor and are NOT referred by any other well experienced doctor. These doctors gets patient only through pristyn care. they meet their target by converting patient for surgery and make money. Moreover, they charge 100% fees but only 20% to 30% surgery is done by the doctor that too in a very local hospital name never heard before. They have their strategy to save on their efforts and budget. All these terms are already fixed between Prystin and doctors of the prystin care. That's the reason they have multiple ways to escape from the complaint and they support each other.
Prystin care is a fraud company most of the reviews are self made by them to show 5 star to the public. They do not showcase the real review of the patient who has gone through bad experience. They themselves give 5-sar to their own doctors and mislead the online reader and patient.
Pristyn care and doctors of the pristyn care are only money snatchers they are not at all concerned with the human life. All the employees, doctors and the CEO of the Pristyn Care are Shameless, Great Manipulators and a big Liar.

I have booked your service to get my mother hernia surgery done. However, things are worse at this ( type hospital name) .
This is a follow-up complain on the situations at the TX hospital, Banjarahills. With the issues informed yesterday. The hospital staff is very inhuman. A person who had hernia surgery suffering from a lot of pain. No one cares to attend even after informing about the pain. The hospital is not taking any responsibility...

This company has a good bunch of inexperience people. They only know how to make people fool and loot people's hard earned cash.
They are least bothered about what patient is going through, once you got the admission in hospital, their job is over. they don't even pick your calls in case you need any help.

The biggest fraud they are doing is not telling the surgery cost and making one easy surgery into multiple days...

I had undergone sphincterotomy- surgery through Pristyn care in -Brookefield Hospital Whitefield Bangalore on[protected] and got discharged on[protected] and before surgery they said that the surgery costs Rs 55000/- but they charged Rs 80000/- and also in the claim form they had Forged my signature and they had not done the follow up due to which I had to go the other hospital Manipal Bangalore where I had to pay Rs 7000 to get treated and...

I have book for for surgery with pristyn. They said that it is free of cost through my insurance policy. I have paid co pay amount of 4, 500 and when I got the hospital they did not inform me that I need a caretaker or the Cygnus hospital without that they will not perform the surgery then I cancelled the surgery. They asked me the payment of one bed cost, bood test and doctor charge, nurse charges of 7, 600. I have paid and left now the pristyn is saying that get a caretaker and come for surgery back again we will refund the amount. I am not comfortable going with pristyn again due to their procedure can you please help to refund my 11, 000 amount 4, 500 for insurance amount and 7, 600 for one hr hospital bill. I will provide all the related info.

Yes ofcourse Pristyn CARE but your employees and Co-ordinator are worst last Saturday which is on 16th I was just looking for a consultation for yest infection and I found few suggestions on Instagram coz of your so called appealing advertising laser treatment with no cuts or needles and painless 10min procedure and circumcision was utter ### and I spoke to CUSTOMER CARE and booked the appointment at kalyangar, Bangalore Pristyn CARE branch met a doctor called Dr. Barath urologist I just took 5minutes for consultation he said we need to get a surgery done I asked him us it laser treatment he said yes but there's no OT room in Pristyn CARE clinic one of the Co-ordinator named Aditya Prabhu booked cab and inform that within 2hours I will be discharged and he also mentioned about cashless claim he took the insurance details from my wife again i confirmed him about cashless he said me not to worry he will take CARE later I was shifted to different hospital called medax hospital that's even more worst around 7.30 my procedure was done but it was not laser treatment it was done by blade and other equipment which I wasn't aware off and no one informed me about it and I was in huge pain after the surgery and I didn't even meet the doctor after that around 10pm I asked the Co-ordinator Aditya about the discharge he said around 10.30 it will be done but it wasn't u waited till the next day which id Sunday 17th he never picked my call nor replied my text, Pristyn CARE employees were just playing with me, lying about discharge, and insurance no one HELPed me with anything I was left all alone the medax hospitals RT Nagar duty doctors spoke to me and told how Pristyn CARE works it's all money and all saud that patients wait here for Pristyn CARE approval I was frustrated I made the payment from my pocket 40246 and got discharged till now no one is HELPing on How will i get the reimbursement

Pristyn Care and he discussed me regarding my problem and suggested me to visit the doctor and told me about the treatment cost Rs. 40000. My Operation took place for piles through laser surgery under the doctor name Shavez Khan. He diagnosed my piles category and told me to operate tomorrow.He operated and there was so much of dizziness after the operation that I was unable to attend my office for 2 weeks. After taking lot of medicine, I felt fine after a month. Meanwhile the piles were still after the surgery. I followed up with the doctor 7 times and he kept on telling me do sitz bath, take laxatives, apply coconut oil. If the issue persist then take medicines . Why should I take medicines after going through the surgery even after 2 months? What is the point of having operation if I need to take medicine and apply coconut oil. This I can also do before the operation.

Also since it was insurance they took around 125000 instead of 40000 that they told me before.

Not only they took lot of money from me but they have not done the surgery well.

I have called pristyn care and asked for female doctor appointment from Pragathi Nagar . They gave me appointment in jubilee hills branch. When i reached the location, they took the money as fee and asked me to talk to a doctor in phone call. When i asked for consultation, they mentioned that doctor isn’t available. They cancelled my appointment and asked me to go kphb for appointment. I asked for money return as i dont want to go there for male doctor. They said i will get money refund within 2 hours if i dont want appointment. They wasted my time and didnot give my refund as well. I need help! I called the alloted coordinator and he isn’t responding properly aswell’

The appointment was booked by Pristyn care coordinator Shadab Alam for Dr, Amol Gosavi and he gave all incorrect information about this doctor that he has 35 years of experience in treating piles and properly examine the patients using protoscopy etc but when we met the doctor and informed about piles and fissure. I have bad experience with pristyn care huge difference between do and say,
I prefer Pristyncare but your team claim on behalf of me excess claim to our TPA and always his representative 70 to 75% of tentative amount sanction is sanction and keep me in blind faith and insurance claim is sanction 99% of Rs. 62000 of Hydrocele surgery and estimate show on site is Rs. 35000 but actual claim 62000 and same is sanction by Insurance Company...

Worst experience with them. My husband got admitted for kidney stone removal.. and it was just a day care procedure they promised to discharge by 6 pm on same day but it was more than 24 hrs discharge didn't happen and no one from there team picked up the call. And bill amount 16k was pending from there side.

My mother underwent piles and fistula laser treatment on 21st January 2023 by Doctor Neha Mutha from Pristyn. Inflated bills with bogus stapler and laser both charges

The surgery happened very late and in hurry. Also follow up was after long intervals.

Now the fistula has recurred even after following proper diet.

My query is how can fistula happen at the same spot in just 40 days. There has been negligence and fistula infection persistence.

Hi my name is Rudeswar S/o A Shankar Naidu (Nithin & Devendra) are so rude and have no knowledge about how they are required to speak. My father's Cataract surgery was planned in pristyn care and accordingly it was informed and promised to me that i shouldn't be paying any co-pay before the surgery; however, once the surgery done, they denied and asked me to pay additional 20% for the surgery. Furthermore, they didn't stop there, after surgery for regular check i use to go to Indra Nagar which is 16kms from my place but now they are asking me to come to Malleshwaram which is 40kms. They cancelled my appointment and taking to me rude. The hospital should compensate for the grievance and mental torcher what we have gone through the entire process.

I have gone for with pristyn care in 29 july they kept me hospital for 3days and didn't cure my fistula problem.. The surgen UDAYA RAVI told ivl do laser surgery as I obserbed in operation theater he didnt do any laser surgery, and also after surgery they never care for patients.. If call doctors he also does not pic d call.. The who forced me to come pristyn care,

It was and still a horrible experience, got operated in January 24th 2022 at Terna Nerul thru Pristyn Care, did regular follow ups with the doctor for no changes noticed surgery was done by Dr Santosh Naik... I would say its a completely failed surgery for which where were just given assurance that it will get better with time.. Our 80k was completely wasted behind this so called company wasted..

Pathetic Just Pathetic! I have never experienced such a pathetic after treatment services from any Medicare company. It's been a month since I got treated through pristyn care, still I am struggling to get the documents from their side. They have denied to provide me the breakup cost bill of the treatment package provided by them. My Mediclaim Insurance team has asked for the same to get reimbursement and without a breakup bill I can't claim that. They are not even ready to give this in written that they won't be providing me a breakup bill of the package provided by them. At the moment I am just helpless, their executives are not responding to my calls, and messages. I am feeling gutted and cheated. I belong to a middle class family and treatment cost is not a small amount which I can bear on my own. What's the point of getting a Insurance done if I unable to take advantage of. They are just miserable. I will never recommend anyone to go their.
I request pristyn care to give me in written that they won't be providing me the breakup bill of the treatment package so that I can submit this to my Mediclaim team.

Yuvraj from Pristine Care ([protected]) is a very bad with his commitments and ask the patients to co-ordinate directly when he is supposed to help out seeking an appointment. Very rude and pathetic behaviour from the staff.
Post surgical pain and there's absolutely no one to help you serve.

They are charging over bill against what they promised. Now they are not responding to any emails and taking things granted....
