[Resolved]  Prithvi Homes Ghaziabad - Builder Atul Sharma/Shally — False promises to Buyers and Ignorance of Services

I have purchased a flat from Prithvi Homes Gaziabad of Builder Atul Sharma and Sorabh Choudhary in Shahdara. They promissed that they will give individual water connection for each flats but they just provide one connection for 1 building of all flats. Also they said that they will make guard room but then they build a flat in parking area and sold. they used too rough material in building that there are cracks, water leakage and a lot of damp walls in all rooms wall. When we ask for repair they ignore and refuse. Please be careful to buy of those builder's flats to ignore these type of problems.
