[Resolved]  Prithvi Homes — fraud

My Name is sangeeta Gupta i have flat in Windosor indirapuram which i wanted to give away on rent. through internet i got to know about prithvi homes indirapuram I contacted mr tinku (owner of the company). He assured me he will rent out the house within ten days. after three days he met me with a party finally we both parties agree with deal. They have paid me Rs. 4000 rent advance and inform will join in three days. Finally they didn't turn After fourth they Tinku called me and Informed that the party has dropped the idea and wants his money back which he gave as advance. I told her to ask them to meet me and will pay them only. He started abusing me and threatening me for wrong consequence......I am windows feeling very helpless...finally after thinking a lot i return that money finally i got to know he didn't give back this money to those people..But by this i would like to they are gangster and local Guzzar people who always do like this.
