[Resolved]  Action Construction Equipment Limited — SERVICE FAILURE

We are in the field of Crane service in Trivandrum Named M/S Venpakal Agencies. We bought ACE crane from M/S Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE) Ernakulam, on last 2011. Actually there was six month warranty on said crane, but repairing has been happened since we purchased. So we requested to the company to give us new crane instead of this complaint crane on the basis of six months warrant. While they increased our warranty period around one and half year since the crane purchased. But there are too many complaints reported and we sent multiple emails to the above said company. There is no action from their side untill now. All correspondence letters we have to present at any time during the trail if any.
Our last corresponding email mentioned below herewith.

Our latest correspondence regarding the complaints was on 3-5-12
On the cost of reputation we would like to mention the complaints as follows,

1. Upnormal sound coming from the boom
2. Air leakage
3. Hi-low gear slipping automatically
4. When the running automatically clutch jam
5. Low mileage

On[protected], your service team came, stayed here for three days and
tried to rectify the problems, but they failed miserably and they left
saying that they will bring the main mechanic. We called many times
your service team. But till date nobody has turned up.

In the above circumstance we have no other go, but to take further
action including to litigation.
