hello sir in 2009 oct. i order a diner set for TV show home shop 18 when i received that set that was totally different as look as in the show .that why i called them and asked them what can i do they says u sand throw Currier service and we refund your money with in 15 day.i do same but I don't received any refund with in 15 day after 20 day i called there help line for inquire but no any positive respond then i check the Currier service they told me parcel was deliver.and show me receiving slip .now that homm shop 18 want a pod no.that is take Currier company .my money not refund til date. what can i do plz sages me.
