[Resolved]  Professional Couriers Patancheru Branch — Courier not delivered

Hi,

My family members couriered through professional couriers from Narasaraopet(LR no # NRT317103) on Feb 26th to Hyderbad, Lingampally.
I checked through online. It reached hyderabad(main branch) on Feb 27th. From main branch it has been shifted to local branch(Patancheruvu).
I have been trying to call local branch and main branch many times but no one will give proper response.

Request you please take proper action on this and do the needful.

Patancheruvu Branch is Higly unprofessional people and they will not deliver the courier.The reason is they are unable to locate the address and not even called me to deliver. Not suggestible this courier company .finally they are ready to send it back to the source address.So went and collected my courier.They are not educated fellows.
so dont waste your valuable by choosing this kind of Courier company..
