STAR CJ / Birla Food Processor — No replacement damaged goods since 1 month at my home

I have purchased Birla Food processor from Starcj online and i have paid them Rs.2995 and first i received this product with damaged then i called customer care then they replaced with another one but the product again received with damaged and for this replacement i called again to customer care but they did not delivered me replacement of thif product. Since one month this product is at my home and box packed unable to use it.
I calling to customer care and they says that no problem sir you are registerd customer and you will get this product replace soon.
but no response from concern person.
