Productvilla — received fake product

Hi,
I had ordered 2 fast track analogue watches on 13/09/2017 with an order id[protected] and received the order on 21/09/2017 with cod of rs 1049/.
Upon unwrapping it was found that they have shipped a fake product, tried calling there customer care but not reachable
It's a humble request to take severe action on the stakeholders, and arrange to return my money and take there product back.
