Professional Courier — Misplacement Of Package | |||
I have sent a courier from Jharsuguda, Odisha to Mumbai on 20th June, 2015 with consignment no JRS66872. The package contained a mobile phone worth Rs. 7786. However, its been 27 days already and the package has not reached destination. Calling the customer care Of Professional Courier is an utter nightmare because they put you in a loop of infinite phone numbers. Their website tracking never works. The courier guys at their department are absolutely rude and they lie all the time.Their website crashes every time i try to register a complaint with them. Honestly, nothing works. Despite of telling them a hundred times that the courier has not reached the destination they say that it has reached its destination but when asked for proof of delivery they say that it will be there in a day or two. I even asked them that if they haven't sent it at least give it back to which they just give a very weird reaction and say that it will be delivered. I mean calling them sometimes seems wrong because when you tell them your grievance they treat you disrespectfully and act as if they never had any responsibility for the package.
