Professional Couriers — Abnormal delay in goods deliver | |
I am from Kakinada, East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. I bought a material on line who despatched the same through professional couriers vide No JPR[protected] on 04.08.2020 (17.45h) from Jaipur. Since then I have been eagerly waiting for the said consignment to receive. Now it is more than 2 weeks and as per the professional courier tracking system as to where exactly my package is. When we spoke to Hyderabad, they said that the said consignment is not even received by them yet. With this abnormal delay by the professional couriers, the very purpose of by buying the said item is lost and demoralised me absolutely. Thus, I request the concerned authorities to get me the said consignment atleast in the next 48 hours to avoid further loss and agony. Regards Was this information helpful? | |

With reference to my above complaint in connection with abnormal delay in delivering a consignment posted on 04.08.2020 from Jaipur.
It is pitiable that the professional courier authorities still not even felt reasonable to respond to our complaint. It is a strong failure of the professional couriers in fulfilling lawful customer services.

Evenafter the intervention of consumer forum too the professional courier authorities did not feel necessary to react on our said complaint.
It shows their failure in consumer services literally.
