With reference to the above Airway Bill No. DBL[protected] for Amingaon-Guwahati consignee M/s. ERIS LIFESCIENCE LIMITED booked at your above Ulhasnagar – 421004 office, Incharge Name : Mr. Nilesh.

We want to inform you that we have booked the Pharma Essentials goods against our Sales Invoice No. INVOICE/20-21/0214 Dated.02/02/2021 for Rs. 1, 47, 500/- along with E-Way Bill No.[protected] Dated. 02/02/2021 Timing. 12:23 pm mentioning your Transporter ID. 27ABBPP4020F1Z3 & THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS

With connection to the above please note that as the goods was booked on 02/02/2020 and your office incharge has confirmed us the delivery timing was not before 7 working days. Also as per the GST Laws we have also informed the office incharge for attaching of our above E-Way Bill No.[protected].

Further to your information we want to inform you that the goods was lying in your Guwahati office for about 3 Days vide Delivery Sheet No. MKUR8124422 Dated. 08.02.2020 and the same was rescheduled on 11/02/2021 for Guwahati IIT vide Delivery Sheet No. IGAU627 Dated. 11/02/2021.

As our M/s. ERIS LIFESCINENCES LIMITED contacted the delivery branch on 08/02/2021 it was informed to them that the goods will be delivered within day or two. Further to your information please note while booking the goods we have checked the delivery schedule which was mentioned DAILY ( Screenshot Enclosed ).

Also note that when we spoke to your Guwahati Office Incharge. Mr. Nasib Ahmed on 13/02/2021, we got to know that the goods are been misplaced and the reason was the person who carried the good has met with an accident and some parcels are missing and it was informed that the missing goods contains our goods as well vide Airway Bill No. DBL[protected]. Also he had asked for day or two to get investigated the same. Alarming to that we contacted the booking office in Ulhasnagar, Mr. Nilesh has confirmed us that nothing sort of accident happen and goods are been misrouted.

As spoke to Head Office on 15/02/2021 on Mobile No.[protected] it was asked for day or two for the feedback of our missing goods.
