Professional Packers And Movers — Offense while delivering my bike

Sir,

First of all I will introduce Myself.Am C.Mathan kumar from Pollachi, Tamilnadu doing business.My uncle Mr.Jagdeesan from Chennai had booked Karizma Bike from Chennai to Pollachi on Jan 5th 2014 and your representatives told they will deliver the vehicle to the assigned place by 9th or 10th of Jan'2014.We also accepted to the words delivered by them.We paid total freight charges to deliver the vehicle is about 2500 rs ie Door to door delivery.You may refer to your consignment no :1898, Booked date: 05/01/2014

The thing happened was really not fair and we are unsatisfied with your service
I got a call on 12th Jan'2014 from your driver regarding the delivery .He told he cant able to deliver the vehicle to the address mentioned and he misbehaved with his words and abused us.Its really hurted a lot for us.Next thing is Driver opened the courier which was already packed by Mr.Jagdeesan from Chennai and he took the key from the parcel and he tried to start the vehicle.
Since it was in non-moving condition he cant able to start the vehicle then what he did is he gave my vehicle to the bike service station nearby his home and made some repair works for temporary purpose and he was roaming in my vehicle in and around coimbatore.He was also explaining me about this.And also his speech was not acceptable and gave a mental torchure to us.

For two to three days i was calling Mr.Niranjan and Mr.Santosh for rectifying the problem but two persons was not responding.Is this a right way to behave with the customer? We already reviewed the good results about your packages in internet and we proceed to book in your concern.Is this a way to treat the customer?

Atlast i got a call from driver today (17th Jan'2014) regarding the delivery.He told that bike is not in a running condition so he needs to book one auto for delivering and he asked to pay the freight charges for auto and as well as service charge for my bike.Am i told him to service my bike???.First of all They dont have proper rights to open my courier.This is a offense and also he lost my bike Key

So we were totally disappointed with your service and this is not at all fair.So we are not going leave this issue as such.So we thought to proceed with consumer court for justice and also am going to publish this in all social network like facebook, twitter, etc regarding your service so that no one should not be affected like me.I lost around 200rs for my mobile alone for follow up and that too no proper response.Am running pillar to post for resolving this.Your service gave me a mental torture.
