I have booked a packer n mover facility on April (1 fridge and 1 washing machine) Noida to jehanabad…got a call from professional packer n mover executive name kuldeep and mobile number +91 [protected] …first he told me to give 4500/- …I have paid and he said it will be delivered in 8-10 days and after 1 month he demands more money…extra 5000/- I have given but still not received goods..what a worst service …

    I coordinated this companh sonce 3 months for all details related to shifting n cost it will take.. n everytime the person whose phn number mentioned on website assured me that everythong will be done n driver number will be shaed. N when I talk about bill or appx cost, he always said if will cost 21k+ tax/extra and never given estimated cost to me . Even when loading is about to begin, I again asked that it will cost 21k..he didn't replied on that n said everything will be done n its my gurantee. N now when loading done he sent me bill of appx 51k n talk like as if i denied to make payment when i asked one simple question why he didnt provided estimated cost of shipping when asked number of time...he is like yelling on me n says mam h dont understand we did qll this every day ..its simple why u havent confirmed when i always said its appx 21k...n now he is torchering me for payment n even not ready to share driver number...please look into this if anyone there to help me...

          I had booked my dishwasher, & cake diplay unit to b picked from mum n delivery in goa, thy promised me 3 day delivery but due to holi max 1 day extra provided i confirm pick up on wed 16 which i did, my stuff was picked up on 16 of march in morning, till Monday 21 march 2022 no update whn did multiple follow up thy reverted in the evening saying i will get it on Wednesday, ther is a delay cant do anything our transport was not wrking frm fri to sun which was not updated in advance to me about the delay, wherin 5 days my stuff was in warehouse, i was cordinating with mr Vineet thn he took me on a call with so called Mumbai incharge or manger most rude illiterate man to b spoken with says dont u know its festival so wht if its a delay u will get it once dispatch n says i[censored]r train or flight is delayed do u get any compensation or follow on delay etc it was uncalled agrument, thy all cared a dam, then mr utam called pretend to b supportive fr sake of it i told him till i dont get my consignment shall not pay rep was k np till then v wont move ur stuff n park it in ware house choice is urs, post tht i made the payment to avoid wasting time n energy with thm, today on 23 whn m exepecting delivery thy are saying tmrw evening most pathetic experience unprofessional ppl

              I booked my household goods from Delhi to Jammu through The Professional Packers & Movers located at Najafgarh Road, The booking was done telephonically through Mr. Kuldeep Singh and a quote for Rs. 25000 was handed over by his subordinates after checking the goods to be transported, Rs. 2000/- was paid as token money (please see the attached Quotation). The transporter agreed to send a 14 ft truck for transportation but on the day of loading i.e . on 24th July, 21 they sent a small Bolero load carrier instead of the agreed 14 ft truck. Subsequently, all the goods were packed by his team and loaded in two different trucks, payment of Rs. 7000/- was paid towards the charges and Rs. 1000 was paid to the packers separately as tip. Both the loaded vehicles then proceeded for their Office instead of proceeding to Jammu as informed by the Driver of one of the Vehicle and I was informed that the goods would be shifted to a bigger truck for transportation. I received several calls from the transporter next morning i.e. 25th July 2021 and they asked me to pay the balance payment of Rs. 16000/- plus 18% GST plus additional amount of Rs. 9000 towards the Insurance of goods. In other words they demanded another Rs. 29000/- before sending my goods to Jammu. I insisted for a copy of Invoice including 18% GST and a copy of Insurance before transferring the amount but they assured me that they will provide me these documents soon after they receive the amount. I trusted them and transferred the amount of Rs. 29000/- to the account of one Ombir @[protected] through Paytm on 25th July. After paying full payment, that too Rs. 13000/- more than the agreed amount of Rs. 25000/-, I asked the customer to send me copy of bill with GST and copy of insurance and also share Driver's/Truck details but none of them provided me any of the information/document despite of numerous phone calls, and a couple of emails. Finally the goods arrived at Jammu on 27th July and after the goods were unloaded by their men, many of the items were found scratched, dents were seen on some of the items and some of the items were broken. I tried to call the transporter again repeatedly but they stopped responding my calls, then I spoke to Kuldeep Singh through the driver and he again agreed to send me the documents but never did so until now. I have been calling the transporter repeatedly ever since I booked my luggage for the bill and insurance slip, they promise to send the documents but never do so. Now, I have understood that they have no intention to issue an Invoice with 18% GST and nor they have any Insurance copy as the goods were sent without any insurance but they charged additional amount of Rs. 13000/- from me by fraudulent means. In view of this I humbly request you to kindly help me recover Rs. 13000/- from The professional Packers & Movers or Mr. Kuldeep Singh, who has been instrumental in directing his men to extaract my hard eraned money by cheating and fraud.

                  Worst Sevice, Handling Goods in a harsh way and also broke some too ...
                  Asking extra tips at last ... We only did half of the work .
                  When we called the person to inform that labourers are asking extra amount he was like Why are you telling me and disconnected the call ... That is so not ok and not professional.

                      Hi,

                      I got moved from gurgaon to hyderabad on february 17th 2020, i have moved my household items tv refrigerator, washing machine and other items. While receiving my tv got damaged and it is insured for 1lakh. Now when i have reached insurance (Reliance general) they were saying policy is covered for accidental not for any other damage when they have handled. Now they professional packers and movers they are not picking the call, now it's been a month.

                        There is no good response from the executive of Professional Packers and movers.

                        Customer care service of Professional Packers and movers is pathetic. They are asking me to talk to the person who took my order. That person is not responding.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am Manjunatha U, ICICI Lombard Mysore people sent me a parcel through Professional courier on the date of 14th July 2019, Booking number is : MYS22575213, since the parcel is from same city it take hardly 2 days to reach me, but till now I have not received, I called many times courier people and they are saying parcel was delivered to my neighbors house they didn't even call me before giving to others how can they handover important parcel to other people? and I checked with my neighbors few times and they are saying not received. I told professional courier people same thing. I told them that i will take legal actions regarding issue.
                          Finally they agreed that my parcel is missed somewhere. last 25 days they struggled me like anything, there are important documents like PAN, AADHAR, Insurance, RC, DL and cheque.

                          Still I am requesting them to find out my parcel because they are very important to me, Unfortunately I'm not getting any support from them.

                          They are talking rude and irresponsible manner.

                          Please take action on my request.

                            My vpl[protected] from mumbai to jaipur, since last 2 day's, my parcel at your m i road branch & they didn't care about delivery. From today morning i am following miss archana over there & she gives me assurance that today she delivered my parcel but in an evening she said she don't have a courier boy to deliver & her manager choudhary didn't pick up the phone. My documents are important & it has to be submitted to high court on monday morning, i am sending this parcel to my advocate. So i request you to please deliver the parcel tomorrow morning in any how. I am vikram gaur g9 news and if i comes in a problem than i will get your company to consumer court. Pls help me out.                                 यह है कि मैं पवन राठी पुत्र श्री इंदर चंद राठी निवासी 93 प्रेम नगर खेमा-का-कुवा पाल रोड जोधपुर पते पर निवास करता हूं तथा पूर्व में मुंबई में कार्य करता था जिस कारण से मैं मुंबई में रामदेव पार्क बालाजी एन ऐप्स फ्लैट नंबर 304 सीलिंग मीरा रोड मुंबई निवास करता था
                                एक कंपनी है जो प्रोफेशनल एक्टर्स एवं मूवर्स के नाम से व्यापार करती है उसके अंतर्गत ग्राहकों द्वारा प्रेषित किए जाने वाले सामान को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंचाती हैं यह है कि जब मैं मुंबई से जोधपुर शिफ्ट हो रहा था तब उसको अपने घरेलू सामान को जोधपुर पहुंचाना था जिसके लिए मैंने कंपनी से संपर्क किया गया तो मुझे यह कहा गया कि आपके द्वारा प्रेषित किए हुए सामान को सुरक्षित तरीके से गंतव्य स्थान तक पहुंचा दिया जाएगा जिसके लिए कंपनी को मैंने सामान को पहुंचाने में खर्च होने का जो कोटेशन दिनांक 19 जून 2012 का दिया साथ ही मैंने अपने घरेलू सामान की लिस्ट कंपनी को बना कर दी

                                यह है कि मैंने संलग्न सूची के अनुसार सामान कंपनी को पहुंचाया जिसकी पैकिंग की गई और इस समान को जोधपुर पहुंचाने के लिए मैंने कंपनी को जरिए बिल नंबर 13880 दिनांक 04 जुलाई 2012 को ट्रांसपोर्ट खर्च के रुपए 12000 और सामान का इंश्योरेंस कंपनी द्वारा किया गया जिसके एवज में रुपए 1800 और एस टी चार्जेज रुपए ₹250 और सर्विस चार्ज रुपए 1483 सहित कुल 15983 रुपए का भुगतान कंपनी को किया जिस पर कंपनी द्वारा मेरे सामान को वाहन ट्रक संख्या GJ 21 V 1840 के जरिए जोधपुर राजस्थान के लिए रवाना किया गया और यह रकम मैंने चेक संख्या 107 076 दिनांक 4 जुलाई 2012 को किया

                                यह है कि मैंने कंपनी को जरिए बुक करवाए गए सामान जब मुझे नहीं मिला जोधपुर में नहीं पहुंचा तब मैंने कंपनी से पूछताछ की तो कंपनी द्वारा मुझे सूचित किया गया कि जल्दी आपका सामान आपके गंतव्य स्थान तक पहुंच जाएगा जिसके बाद भी सामान नहीं पहुंचा तो मैंने पुनः कंपनी से संपर्क किया फिर मुझे कंपनी द्वारा सूचित किया गया कि जिस वाहन से आपका सामान भेजा जा रहा था उस वाहन का दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया है जिस कारण से सामान समय पर नहीं पहुंच सका है इस कारण से दुर्घटना से क्षतिग्रस्त सामान को जोधपुर पहुंचाया गया जिस पर उस सामान को मैंने देखा तो सामान छतिग्रस्त हो रखा था जिस पर मैंने कंपनी को छतिग्रस्त सामान लेने से इंकार कर दिया जिस पर कंपनी ने मुझे आश्वासन में विश्वास देते हुए कि आपका क्लेम कर दिया जाएगा इस कारण से उक्त छतिग्रस्त सामान को मैंने रख लिया यह है कि मेरे द्वारा कंपनी को को मुझे छतिग्रस्त सामान की क्षतिपूर्ति का भुगतान न किए जाने पर बार-बार संपर्क किया लेकिन कंपनी द्वारा या कंपनी के कोई भी अधिकारी द्वारा संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया जिस पर मैंने जरिया ईमेल द्वारा कंपनी को अपने सामान को हुए नुकसान की क्षतिपूर्ति करवाने के लिए शिकायत 20 जुलाई 2012 को भेजी गई उक्त शिकायत कंपनी को प्राप्त हो गई एक शिकायत कंपनी को प्राप्त होने के पश्चात कंपनी के अधिकारी आर एस पुनिया द्वारा मुझे ईमेल के जरिए शिकायत का जवाब यह अंकित करते हुए दिया कि मेरे द्वारा हुए नुकसान का भुगतान क्षतिपूर्ति के अनुसार कर दिया जाएगा जिसके पश्चात मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 27 जुलाई 2012 पप्पू नायक ईमेल कंपनी को प्रेषित किया गया जिसमें अंकित किया गया कि मुझ द्वारा पुल 31 आइटम बुक करवा कर प्रेषित किया गया था लेकिन मुझको 29 आइटम ही प्राप्त हुए हैं और संलग्न सूची के अनुसार आइटम नंबर 21 क्लॉथ बॉक्स और आइटम नंबर 29 ब्लैंकेट प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं और 29 आइटम जो क्षतिग्रस्त अवस्था में प्राप्त हुए हैं उक्त ईमेल में मैंने अपने सामान के हुए नुकसान की सूची प्रस्तुत की जिसमें मैंने नुकसान का ब्यौरा दिया जिससे छत्तीसगढ़ सामान्य Sony LED TV रुपए ₹40000 एवं Bajaj मोटरसाइकिल की रिपेयरिंग रुपए 10000 एवं सेमसंग फ्रीज 17000 और साइकिल रूपए 1000 और ग्लास टॉप टेबल ₹2000 क्षतिग्रस्त रसोई का सामान ₹5000 एवं कपड़ों का नुकसान जो प्राप्त नहीं हो गए रुपए 20000 एवं ब्लैंकेट के रुपए 14000 अर्थात कुल मिलाकर रुपए 109000 रुपए का नुकसान मुझे हुआ जिसकी अदायगी कंपनी द्वारा आज दिन तक नहीं की गई
                                यह है कि उस सामान को कंपनी के जरिए बुक करवा कर प्रेषित किया गया था तब कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि द्वारा उक्त सामान को दिनांक 9 जुलाई 2012 को गंतव्य स्थान पर पहुंचाने का आश्वासन दिया था लेकिन वास्तविकता में मेरे द्वारा उक्त सामान 22 जुलाई 2012 को क्षतिग्रस्त हालत में मिला और उक्त विलंब की अवधि के दौरान कंपनी के द्वारा प्रार्थी को संतोषजनक जवाब भी नहीं दिया गया तथा क्षतिग्रस्त सामान किए जाने पर क्षतिपूर्ति क्लेम की स्वीकृति देने का कहा गया लेकिन कंपनी द्वारा क्षतिपूर्ति नहीं किए जाने पर उनके बार-बार संपर्क किया जाता रहा तो भी कंपनी द्वारा ना तो जवाब मिला एवं मेरे द्वारा किए जानेवाले टेलीफोन भी कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि द्वारा जानबूझकर रिसीव नहीं किए गए थे

                                मेरे द्वारा भेजे गए सामान के खर्चों के अलावा उक्त सामान का इंश्योरेंस भी कंपनी द्वारा रुपए 1800 प्राप्त किए गए थे और मुझे यह कहा गया था कि यदि कोई पहुंचने में किसी प्रकार की कोई क्षति होती है तो उसका भुगतान कंपनी द्वारा कर दिया जाएगा और कंपनी द्वारा पूरा मेरे को हुए नुकसान की स्वीकृति एवं उत्पत्ति का भुगतान किए जाने का लिखित में आश्वासन दिए जाने के बावजूद मेरे द्वारा आज दिन तक कोई भुगतान नहीं किया गया उक्त कारण से मेरे द्वारा उक्त प्रार्थना माननीय मंच के सामने प्रस्तुत है
                                यह है कि कंपनी द्वारा मेरे को सामान को सुरक्षित अवस्था में जोधपुर प्रेषित किए जाने का आश्वासन देकर राशि प्राप्त की गई और उस सामान को सुरक्षित अवस्था में ना तो पहुंचाया गया और ना ही मेरे द्वारा हुए नुकसान का भुगतान किया जा रहा है जो कि मेरे प्रति कंपनी का स्पष्टतया सेवा में त्रुटि साबित है
                                मेरे द्वारा कंपनी को प्रेषित किया गया घरेलु सामान था जो कि समय पर नहीं पहुंचा और तक पहुंचा तो छतिग्रस्त अवस्था में था जिस कारण से मेरे को भारी परेशानी एवं मानसिक आघात पहुंचा और उसके घर की दैनिक दिनचर्या भी बाधित हुई क्योंकि वह सारा सामान मेरे दैनिक उपयोग का सामान था उस कारण से मेरे को छतिग्रस्त हुए सामान के स्थान पर प्राप्त मेरे द्वारा पुनः नया घरेलू सामान खरीदना पड़ा था
                                यह है कि मेरे द्वारा कंपनी से प्रार्थी को सामान की क्षति हुई जिसके एवज में रुपए 109000 तथा मेरे को आर्थिक क्षति के रुपए ₹100000 एवं मानसिक वेदना के ₹50000 एवं कंपनी को भुगतान किए गए 15993 रुपए कंपनी से मैं प्राप्त करने का कानूनन अधिकारी हूं

                                  I have shifted my material from Delhi to KOchi through Professional Packers and Movers with door to delivery. after they asked me additional amount from out of Quote. One box is missed out while shipping.after a long fight with Packers and Movers, we received the material. Again they are telling we are not responsible for shipping. shipping is resposible for another Vendor called gati. it is not mentioned anywhere in the discussion or offer letter. The people telling if any item missing contact gati directly. How is it possible? we have paid to professional.. now they are telling to contact gati.
                                  My few material are damaged, when i contacted to Professional they are telling contact to Gati. Response was GATI will be responsible. we cant do anything.
                                  My wooden book rack was completely damaged, Dish antenna damaged, House hold items damaged. insurance cost they have charged, but no insurance for damaged .
                                  professional movers and Packers are really unprofessional.

                                    Hello,

                                    I booked my Chevrolet Spark (Registration No. WB 20U7417) for transport to Rourkela, Odisha from Sodepur, Kolkata, WB on December 2, 2017 by Agarwal Shifting Solution located in M.M. Nagar, Baranagar, Kolkata-700090, since I live in Rourkela due to my work and my hometown is in Kolkata where I bought the car in 2014. Agarwal Shifting Solution/Agarwal Packers and Movers charged me Rs. 9440/- for transport and Rs. 500/- for petrol which they said will be required as the car will be lifted up heal during cargo loading in car-carrier and promised to fill up the tank with Rs. 500 worth petrol on delivery and the receipt will be on the dashboard. Also, they promised that the car will be delivered within 3 days to Rourkela by cargo service via Dankuni-Bhubaneswar-Rourkela route. However, after delaying almost 7 days one person came (Mobile No. [protected]) and delivered the car on 8th December, 2017 while driving all the way form Bhubaneswar to Rourkela (as per his version) and I found the following issue with the car 1) the front bumper is badly damaged with full of dents (pictures enclosed), odometer reading showing a total distance covered ~ 1206 km (Odometer reading at Dankuni before loading: 58550 km, Odometer reading at Rourkela: 59756 km), 3) driver’s side handle for sliding up/down the glass window is broken, 4) mobil leaking from the bottom, 5) horn is not working. Immediately, I raised the above concerns to the person came to deliver the car to me and he said write down all the issues to the delivery challan and ask for compensation to the company. Further, I called Mr Karan (Mobile No. [protected]/[protected]) in the Kolkata office-in-charge for transport and intimated him about the issues. Initially, he said that person-in-charge at Bhubaneswar office will call me within 3 days and will give me compensation. However, no one called me from Bhubaneswar after 3 days and then again I take this matter to Kolkata office. Further, Mr Karan said please take the car to any local mechanics and do the servicing and then send the bill to him by WhatsApp for processing the compensation. Following his instruction, I did the servicing at Mohanty Automobiles at Rourkela on 15.12.2017 and they charged me a total Rs. 5148/- for repair (denting/painting, wiper blade, mobil leaking, horn work, body polishing etc.) and Rs. 1700 for door handle removal and fixing work. I send to the bill Mr Karan for processing the compensation and he told me to wait for ~ 1week as it will take a couple of days for processing. However, after 2 weeks I called him and enquired about the status of compensation and he said that he didn’t do any processing as he is not in authority to do so. He gave me a number at Bengaluru office (Mobile: [protected]) and told me to talk to the company head for further processing any compensation. However, the Bengaluru guy started abusing me after a couple of days and said the compensation cannot be reimbursed and if I want I can lodge any official complaints. I feel very bad that my car has been mishandled and I have been cheated by few rogue people doing business in the name of Agarwal Shifting Solution/Agarwal Packers and Movers.

                                    I would like to officially lodge a complaint against these guys and would like to get full reimbursement (Rs. which has been incurred while servicing my damaged car. Also, they drove almost ~1200 km by road and depreciated the car value against the company policy as it was supposed to deliver by cargo service. Therefore, I would seek commensurate compensation for driving the car.

                                      I transported few items (Cot, mattress and stew small items) from coimbatore to bangalore on 6th of jan, but i haven’t received the packing yet.
                                      It’s been 5 days still i haven’t received my luggage.
                                      No reply from them when i call they they are not even picking up
                                      They charged us full amount before delivery and only after loading they told they will only take if they receive mone, so we ended up paying full amount without any option

                                        My client have booked a parcel pod no dsa102028 from desa gujrat on 10 augest. The parcel took 7 days to reach srinagar and srinagar office has not delivered the parcel till today 23/10/2017. I lost a huge order because of the carelessness of srinagar office. The parcel was containing a sample on which i was to prapere the product as i did not get the sample on time i could not make the final product. I ringed the courier company several a times with no positive response
