This team is cheating with people by showing attraction of good jobs and arranging interviews. They demands security amount for the same on returnable basis. But never give it back by saying that they are trying best for interview scheduling.
Even their phone / mobiles are switched off or out of service....

Yes ; the Profile Builder is a fraud. As per the law, no consultant can charge in advance from the candidate; however as India is the fraud capital of the world such companies escape through the legalities . I have received similar complaints about ADConsultancy ( kolkata), Oasis recruitment (Mumbai), RMOS (Gurgaon) etc. Couple of more such frauds are active across India so be careful about such deals and search such consumer complaints...
