This team is cheating with people by showing attraction of good jobs and arranging interviews. They demands security amount for the same on returnable basis. But never give it back by saying that they are trying best for interview scheduling.
Even their phone / mobiles are switched off or out of service.

I got a call from staff of Profile builder from no:[protected]regarding offering a job on 12/12/2015 . and he asked me my job profile and my details.and he also told he will call me by evening for further process. due to some issues we cant talk properly. as i am talking with him told to you have to pay some amount of money rs. 2800 + 10000+23000+13000+26000+4999/- as our staff told you earlier. and i told himr i don't know about paying money coz your staff..

Profile builder ([protected] and [protected])called me and told me to purchase some of the services by promissing a e-profile preperation and getting very good carrier opportunities. They really frustated me by not recieving my call, by fake promises and putting all these numbers in switched off mode. I requested them to provide me a Recipt for the amount i paid, they even not sent me a single confirmation. so my request with this forum is to help me out in refunding my money, if not possible atleast these people should be behind bars.

Hi This complaint is regarding no service provided after payment to profilebuilder.in. A representative Mr. Aman Verma (Ph. [protected]; [protected]) called and asked to register for the services. The commitment to provide service of professional profile building and interview scheduling with prospective clients for 3 years. As per the company website it states that within 48 hrs to 1 week the profile will be done. No service has been provided and: 1) No response to email follow-ups 2) The phone number listed on website does NOT exist[protected] 3) Phone numbers of Mr. Aman Verma provided are mostly switched off or not answered to I know now that this is a fraud company and has cheated many people similarly. I have paid Rs. 19, 147.44 for the said services. Please help to get this resolved (Note: payment made through credit card). Thanks Amit

Today 30/9/2015 i (Manoj) received a call from a number [protected] naming Sudipto Pathak HR Profile. They told me my CV is been shortlisted for few major companies and told me to set up a profile with them. I told them i am not interested but they promised me telling there is no extra charges except 1822.86 rupees. After this they told my profile is been setup and i can update my resume. But when i tried it wasn't happening and when i asked them they are asking me again six thousand rupees for some profile verification which wasn't conveyed to me at the time of getting registered. If they had told me i would have not registered only. I told them and requested asking for refund because i have enough commitments and cant pay extra. So their response was very rude and told me do what ever you wanna do, we can help you. Hence i am writing to help me get my money back and blacklist these people. I don't have any images but have emails which was sent to me.

This company called me on Sep 24, 2015 and said that they have openings in IBM and Wipro for me and can arrange an interview for me in the same companies but through paid services. I have paid Rs. 1822. They also told me that I will get 40% hike on my last pay package. They told me that they will call me on Monday for rest of the process and for next 10 years if i will face any problem in the job they will arrange a new job for me and will send this commitment in written through e mail. After making payment they neither send any mail nor called back. I tried reaching them but nobody is taking up calls. Please take action against them. They are frauds and taking away money from people with fake promise of getting good job for them with 40% hike or so.

On 23rd September 2015, I got a call from profilebuilder.in (a Delhi based Company with Employment and Job Service) saying you were selected by Petrofac, a multinational company with very good package 25% more what I used to get in ONGC. First one lady asked me to register with the website and it is a onetime payment only. As Petrofac is required a qualified manpower urgently, they need to process fast because within one month I need to join the company. The call was forwarded to HR Executive Mr. Ajay Mehra (Mo No. [protected]) and later on he claimed “He is an HR executive of Petrofac”. I registered with company by paying Rs 1822/-. He insisted on more money as my document is needed to be verified urgently as my interview is fixed on Saturday 26th September. All along during conversation he used to ask me, how much time I required to join the company in Mumbai Office. Profilebuilder.in website is looked to be impressive and one cannot suspect also, even their payment gateway system just as reputed website. As urgent, they made me to pay through their on line payment gateway and I paid on 23rd and 24th September 2015 as below mentioned receipt totaling Rs 62, 670 /-.

Before paying one by one Mr Mehra all along assured me all these money would be given back after interview. Every time to proof my belief, the website as given me receipt of the money. The way he was talking to me and giving assurance, I had little space to doubt on him.
Later on 24th September, he told, to set up my interview I needed to pay 2% of my salary offline now and it is also refundable. When I enquired, he replied that it was a part of procedure and absolutely safe. He asked me to pay through bank transfer Rs. 60, 000/- immediately to fix my interview on Saturday, 26th September. I tried to pay through ICICI Fund Transfer but payment was declined as it was required 4 hrs to identify the account. I told him, I would pay next day. Then, Mr Mehra told me, as next three days were holidays, it would be difficult to set up my interview. He insisted to pay me through Debit Card and I would get proper receipt for that. He told me, he is HR Executive of Petrofac and last 7 (seven) days he was talking with management of Petrofac about my recruitment. I got carried away and paid Rs. 60, 000/- too through Debit Card (From my A/c No.[protected] to A/c No.[protected]. After 15 minutes, he called me to say interview on Saturday was not possible as documents were yet to be verified and could not be verified within short time. He told me not to worry, as next three days are holiday, he would call me on Monday, 28th September to fix up my interview. Altogether I paid Rs 1, 22, 670/- (One lakh twenty thousand six hundred seventy)
Next day morning on 25th September, I came to my sense and feared now, I might had been duped by the company. I started checking about the company through window explorer. I found lots of complaint about the company during last six months and all have been duped by the company. Then I called Mr Ajay Mehra and found his mobile switched off.
Next day on 26th September, I called profilebuilder.in and came to know Mr. Mehra was employee of Profile builder.in. I started questioning Mr. Mehra and he started giving inconsistent reply. Then, he told, he was not employee of Petrofac and in fact assist to recruit and in fact talking with HR Section of Petrofac last 7 days for my recruitment. I asked him with whom he was talking. He had given his name as Mr Anurag Bashisht. I enquired with Mumbai Petrofac Office and found nobody on that name. In the meantime, one Mr. Rohon Sharma (Mo. No. [protected]) of the company called me to confirm receipt of money and document verification would require another two weeks. I told him also about payment of Rs. 60, 000/- for which I had not yet received any receipt from your company. I told him, I came to know your modus operandy and immediately return my all money back.
After that, Mr Ajay Sharma called and started giving me assurance that by Tuesday, 29th September I would get mail about the interview date from Petrofac and the receipt of Rs 60, 000/-. He told me to call him on 29th September for update. Even then I was adamant to get my money back and told him I would call Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police. In reply, he told me “It does not matter but I would get all my update on 29th September”. Clearly, he was buying his time. I told him why not on Monday 28th September. He answered, as he was working on Saturday, he would not come on Monday. Meanwhile, I called ICICI Customer Care and wanted to know about the person to whom I paid Rs 60, 000/-. I was told to lodge FIR with Police Station and they would not reveal identity of the person. Again I called Mr Ajay Mehra and found his mobile switched off. I called Rohon Sharma and he assured me of receiving update on Monday. He understood about my concern. This time I recorded conversation with him in my laptop.
On 27th September, I called Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police. He suggested to be very careful being a retired person, complaint to them and later on action will be taken accordingly. I also astonish, how a fake company running the business at least for last 6 months.
Now, I think, it will be too late to wait for their update as I came to understand that I have been fooled. Therefore Sir, as a sincere senior citizen I earnestly request to your esteemed office to accept my complaint and take appropriate action to punish the culprit and help to get back the money of a retired senior person.

Hi this is to inform that this cunsultancy name profilebuilde.in is totally fake job cunsultancy. till this time i have paid them approximate 82000 Rs. in different break up. if any one of you get call from this cunsultancy, please be aware. they will start taking the money of people by cheatin them and will say you just have to pay 1000 Rs. and we are providing you job with package with around 8 Lakh to 10 Lakh. I request government of India and Police department to take necessary actions on this cunsultancy and arrest each and every member.

I had posted my resume on shine.com looking for a job on[protected]. I got a call from shine.com and they told me to get the registration done as they have a job offer as per our preferences. They redirected me to open a website named profilebuilder.in where registration is to be done and asked to make a payment of Rs. 2050.86. Once i paid they asked me to pay Rs. 6837.72 more to verify my profile but i argued with them that why didnt they tell me this previously but they somehow convinced me to pay it otherwise the previous payment i made will be of no use and it cant be refunded. I also asked them that i dont want the registration to continue and to refund my money back after which he told me there is no process to step back and i have to continue. So i had no other option but to pay more. Although i felt fishy at every step but he convinced me that this amount will be returned with my first salary. I asked him whether this is the final payment and he said yes. Then again he asked me to deposit 10258.86 as a security deposit for my job which will also be refunded after 3 months with my salary. they asked me to trust and make the payments. When i got a call from shine.com on[protected] asking me about my job preference i told their executive that i have already done the registration process and paid the money, then he told me that they hadnt called before regarding any registration, job or money and someone might have made me do payment through a fake portal. They never make such calls and ask for hefty payments for any kind of job. I realized and was sure that these people were fake. I want my money back and i am providing all the details from where they called.The number from which i got call was [protected] and when i asked about the another number the executive told her name was swati sharma and said her personal number was [protected]. There was a call on[protected] from shine.com asking me for registration process to be done as a job offer is there to match my prefences. They redirected me to a website profilebuilder.in and asked me to make a payment of 2050.86. i paid that amount and then he asked me to pay 6837.72 more for document verification. i argued why didt they tell me this previously and he said to trust as the money paid will be refunded to you with your first salary. So i had no other option but to continue as he said my registration process would be incomplete without this. once i made the payment then they told me i have to pay more 10258 for security deposit in the hospital from which i had got job offer and this amount will be refunded after 3 months with my salary. I suspected their intentions at every step but still i fell into their trap. These guys are looting hard earned money from innocent people and something needs to be done. Complete fraud website. They will take your money and run away. They initially called me from website saying that it was part of their routine checking procedure. Then they told me that they have a hr head of accenture waiting and he wants to interview me prior which i have to pay rs 2000. Later on they have cheated me for another rs. 27000 through ungainful means. As soon as i tried to call back on the number i was called from the number was switched off. Further the number given on the website is invalid. The other point is that address given does not exist. Now i have filed a fir against the company to stop the transaction but i don't think i'll get the money back

One guy called me on sept 15 2015 claiming to be from shine.com stating that my resume has been short listed which i updated the same day and asked me whether i am interested in the job offer in ICICI bank, Kotak mahindra bank and yes bank. To apply for this he asked me follow some procedure and redirected me to another guy named aman verma, he asked me to pay an initial registration and redirected me to profile builder.in and in that he asked me to pay an amount of rs2050.86. Then once i paid he again asked me to choose another rs 6832.72 for my profile verification which was not mentioned previously when i enquired about this like what for and will this be the final one he said yes with half mind i paid this. Then again he redirected me to another page and me to pay a deposit amount of rs 10258.86 this time i started arguing like why it was not mentioned before, he asked to me to trust his words and he gave his personal number and other stuffs and forced me to pay, he said this money would be refunded on my first month salary when i refused to pay he said further process wont take place unless u pay this. He promised me this would be the final payment I felt like i got into a trap with no mind i paid the money. After that there was no response from them when i called them again today they were not responding properly. He didnt pick up the call both from his office number and personal number. when i tried thrice to his personal number he picked his call and said he will call tomorrow to speak about this. when i researched abut these people they seem to be fake.I hold receipts of the payment which i made to them then the guys personal number as well as official number.In total i have paid rs 19147.44. I am totally disappointed. I kindly request to help me get back my money which i have paid them

First one the lady executive called on August 18th saying these guys help in job finding and with registration of 1822.86, with out explaining any thing else and said she will forward the call to some other department and they will process further, later the call got forwarded to Vishal [ [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] ] and he charged for 10265.58 telling that verification process and said this is the last payment. after making the payment he said one more process left for documentation mailing from company side and charged for 6152.58, telling this is last and nothing more. After that I haven't received any call so far from profile builder but last week I got call saying that verification is going and curtsy call to inform customer. today again I received call from Vishal and he said there is another fees to be paid and will be paid back to the company after joining ... and I said see I already told you I am not going to pay any penny form my pocket if you want i can pay after joining, .. this guy doesn't even understand English / hindi.

Hi, Do not believe anything from the PROFILEBUILDER.IN people. They are no genuine. I asked them few questions and the answers they gave showed that they are just another job portal / consultancy farm with paid service. Please find the details below.

1. I got a call from one of the representative (Name : Sourabh/Nikhil) Cell : [protected]), called me from Gurgaon office.
2. He told me that there is an internal job opening from CTS, Bangalore and they shortlist my profile for this opportunity.
3. I need to register immediately on their portal (profilebuilder.in) and while registering Sourabh will provide me secret verification code ([protected]@2015) for authenticity.
4. Then I have to pay money at the end of registration (Rs 2048 incl Tax) without that I can not be able to get the job profile and JOBD.
5. Then I will be redirected to CTS website where I need to login and fill the form. There also I need to authenticate by myself.

But it did not work for me as I could not able to make a payment to PROFILEBUILDER because it said REQUEST TIMEOUT.

So I said we will try next day again. Next day I got a call in morning from same guy. Asked him below questions and see the answers.

1. Where did you and CTS get my profile?
From Naukri/Monster/Times like job portals.
2. Why CTS directly not contacting me if there is an opening?
This is an internal job opportunity and we are genuine recruitment partner for CTS as well as many other organisation such as HCL, HP, TCS...
3. Why are you charging me money before I receive any call from CTS for job opportunity?
This is an internal job opening and we only charge nominal fees for processing your profile.
4. What is the authenticity for this job opening? Are you going to refund money if I will not get any interview calls?
There is no authenticity, and we are not going to send you any email for that as well. Also initially he said that they will refund money but when I checked their website for Cancellation and Refund section, I got surprised that there is no refund at all as per policy.

5. I am not happy with the feedback given by many customers for your authenticity?
We do not bother about the feedback, may be one or two gave a negetive thought but others are good.

Nikhil (Team Lead) started shouting at me saying that whether you want to take this or not, I am not here to clarify anything. Its your choice to subscribe for this offer. This is a sales call and I need to reach for other customer as well.

So BECAREFUL before even talking to these people as they are a small call center situated in Mumbai/Gurgaon. But registered office is in US. That means, you can not able to catch hold of them at any cost.

This company Executive call me regards Job opening and say me i[censored] r pay some amount and thy will build your profile and get job interviewee provide. date 29/06/2015 i have paid amount by credit card but till date i have not receive my profile resume and interview call

Yes ; the Profile Builder is a fraud. As per the law, no consultant can charge in advance from the candidate; however as India is the fraud capital of the world such companies escape through the legalities . I have received similar complaints about ADConsultancy ( kolkata), Oasis recruitment (Mumbai), RMOS (Gurgaon) etc. Couple of more such frauds are active across India so be careful about such deals and search such consumer complaints website before making any decision. The straight law is : no consultant can charge in advance from the candidate ; a genuine consultant charge 15-20 % of your annual package from the Company post recruitment as service charge. Yesterday with regard to my complaint against Profile Builder for collecting Money for job offering, I got mail from [protected]@pgssupposts.in stating that they are calling from Profile Builder and would refund my amount ( 47, 333/-) which I paid to Profile Builders.

I got call from +91-[protected] and they collected by Debit card details stating that they are transferring money through Pay You Money. However i find that last night they used my account and it got debited with 3500/-

I would want this forum ( if its serious forum) to get this issue resolved by tracking the Number that's been given above. I tried calling this number several times however its autoforwarded and gets disconnected.
