I have received similar complaints about ADConsultancy ( kolkata), Oasis recruitment (Mumbai), RMOS (Gurgaon) etc. Couple of more such frauds are active across India so be careful about such deals and search such consumer complaints website before making any decision. The straight law is : no consultant can charge in advance from the candidate ; a genuine consultant charge 15-20 % of your annual package from the Company post recruitment as service charge.
