[Resolved]  Prolific Retail Solutions — Change of steel rod of spark mate magic mop

I puchased spark mate magic MOP of crystal from home shop 18 before 8-9 months and purchase bill is not available with me at present. Cleaning steel rod of this Mop has become U/S. Kindly arrange to change it as it is not available with homeshop18 or in local market. Pl do needful.

i have same problam and m calling to coustomer care from last ten months but every time they said that next month they will provide but nothing happen, this time they promise for october but i know after october they will the same thing again i dont know whatto do. pls help.(crystal sparkmate 360 degree).
