I got a call from this Company on October 2020 from a executive named Zayra & she informed me about their services in overseas countries & they conduct unlimited interviews with their Clients at different countries. Prominent Overseas Careers head office located in Hyderabad they told & also have a branch office in Bangalore.
I have visited the Bangalore office & met a person called Alice & also spoken with Priyanka who seems to be the Manager over there.
They have convinced me saying that they will be providing the job interviews with the Companies & it's unlimited or as long as I am placed.I choose the country Germany.
Initial 1 month they have done the Resume modification and Profile updation & I used to get some email updates from a person called Swathi. They have also convinced that my industry is in demand over that country & they could able to provide end numbers of interviews with those companies & also told they have tied up with few recruitment agencies & companies.
But it's 5 month running now & I have not been provided any single round of interview with any employer whatsoever since I have signed up the contract & past 2 months there are no updates regarding the job search process or anything at all. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I could say it's a fake commitment and breach of contract. If I am able to crack any interviews that's my fault. But for the service where I have paid for that is not there. Because of these people assurance, commitments & continuous follow-ups, I have enrolled for the program.
Now I am looking for a refund for non action, non deliverables, cheating, making fake commitments etc. I want a full refund of entire my amount ( with interest if possible). It's a huge financial loss for me to invest such an amount for a zero output.
Help me to get my money back.
Assist me to get out of the situation.

I had been to thier bangalore office (aka wework) where there was no office of their own and we enquired about uk process and they were promising that our field of work is in demand. Asked us to go for the initial assessment and then the process as soon as possible . When we asked him to provide us his visiting card, he said his phone number is enough to contact him. And then I was in doubt and I wanted to do a research before I trust these people . I found your post here. Thanks a lot for sharing here. Don't trust prominent overseas. They don't have an office in Bangalore .
