[Resolved]  Prominent Overseas — Cheating & Fraud of Money

I'm writing this letter to you as I found you to be main responsible behind my admission and based on your continuous follow up and assurance I have opted for the service with Prominent.

To inform you that post sign up the contract, still as on date (15/06/2021), I have not received a singular Call from any German employer(as I opted for Germany).

Prior to that, I have been rigorously followed up by Zahra saying that my profile is in demand list in Germany and easily avail job opportunity which subsequently lead to a work permit and the same statement has been supported by you as branch manager ( Bengaluru location).So it was not me who was behind you but it was you who were behind me to convince the programme benefits till my success.

So basically as per my today's understanding there could be few possibilities may happen.
1. Either my occupation wasn't in the demand list so a false commitment was provided by Zahra and you days after days only for the shake of admission.
2.It may be your Job search technique isn't that great or proper procedures was not at all followed.

So ultimately and unfortunately I lost my valuable and hard earned money.But if you see both the ways Prominent is responsible for the utter failure either internally or externally.

I agree on the fact that you " Tried " but unfortunately my Company doesn't pay my Salary for only ' Trying ' and ' Trying ', delivery or execution is also required. I can't afford to loose 42K rupees only for trying unless you are pretty sure about it.

I have never at all demanded for a Job or Placement from your side. Only expected a Platform ( like connecting with employers, Interviews) which you are supposed to do as promised/ discussed/you make me understood that you're capable enough to provide me that opportunity, and obviously on providing the Platform, if I failed then only my failure comes into the picture.

But I have not been given a platform to fail also as a matter of fact. Correct me if I am wrong in any of the above statements.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Therefore I request, urge you to refund my whole hard earned money as I don't find anything ( progress / movement ) at all about this programme after the payment is made.
Post payment, I am person who is behind you for the delivery. And many of them has ignored my calls (like Zahra ) so many times I don't know why. Want to know and understand did I do anything wrong by opting this programme or not ??

I have communicated their legal team and they remain as silent as possible for an unknown reason.

Now I think it is not only a fake and fraud Company but also mercilessly cruel when you have been cheated.

Try to report this Company in the social media.Take necessary legal action against them so that they couldn't have the courage to cheat any common people going forward.
Break the backbone of the cheat fraud company so that they cannot think to destroy anyone's dream or future.
