We are a placement consultancy and had come to a understanding on Dec 2014 with Prop-Fit Centre Pvt Ltd. (CIN: U74120MH2014PTC259524) wherein we will be providing them candidates & our service charges would be 5% of candidates annual ctc. We managed to place candidates worth approx. Rs. 110000 billing. The company paid us Rs. 35000 in April 2015 after a lot of followup. But for the rest of the payment they have been giving us fake commitments. Every time the answer was next month payment will be done. When we called them on 19th Oct 2015 to enquire on the payment status they said.. "what money? we are not paying any money. The company is closed and all concerned people ran with money". Rather this is not the case as we were speaking to the concerned directors / partners who had been promising us the payment every time.
