He abuse the students and not any work to you scam. My money has not returned

I have booked a plot in pune, due to personal issues I have cancelled it 2018. Till today I have not got my refund only fake promises.

I paid inr 225 for admission in rgukt. But the portal says there is no such fee payment done. This happened on 16/09/2020. I need my money back or admission done. Please do it soon.

Right choice builder is not refunding money for my plot since last 2 years. I want to form group so we can take collective action against such cheaters in pune hinjewadi area....

I am senior citizen. After my retirement from service i have booked a plot in right choice group and they said will get the possession in 3-4 months. I did cheque payment for the same.in the january 2018 they again asked me remaining payment by mail. After that many time i have sent my son at their office to get refund amount but till there is no response from them.
Mean while because of major health issue i unable to go their office
I requested them for refund i badly need it for further medical treatment and operation. Continuously chasing them on weekly basis but still not getting any positive reply from them. I am waiting for my money to be refunded. Every week, month they say they will pay me next month and the story goes on and on. I'm totally disappointed with the kind of services.

I placed an order for samsang galaxy e7 lcd screen with touc screen combo on 15 oct 2018 paid rs. 2200 orde no: [protected], product not worked so returned back the product to the supplier through professional courier (Maa[protected]. I requested a refund he said he will refund and i have given my bank details it's been 9 months he didn't refund. The guy name is saffwan rangwala contact no.[protected] [protected]

These people has come to dubai from where i liked there scheme and had faith in them and invested about 5 lakh rupees as they initially promised they have buy back scheme. Also, how can somebody cheat in dubai? But, after more than half the amount paid, there representative boldly said this was mentioned to attract customers, similar way how hidden charges not mentioned for credit cards in banking industry. After hearing this, i said you people not keeping your word and i am not sure if the plot exists or not. So, i am stopping payment. When i spoke to there representative, he said i will not pay you let me see how you can collect your money from me as you are in dubai. It has been close to 4 years and no money. Same amount of money if i had invested in other place, i would have got more than double the amount. But, these people ran away with my money. Neither their email nor their websites work. Now i see so many people have been cheated by them.

I had purchased a plot in 7 Oaks Phase 2 in March 2015.
Still, there is no Nameplate and plot number in the plot.
It is getting difficult to reselling the plot.

Also, for resale, they are asking 10% handling charges which is too much.
At the time of purchase, it was 2% for helping in selling the plot.

When I call customer care, they ask to send the mail.
I am sending emails, but they are not bothered to reply to any of my mails.

I had booked two plots 4 years back and was supposed to get satbara document which is government document from tehsildar office. I was told i will get in 6 month and still waiting for 4 years. Every time we get some useless excuse. I want to file legal complaint now. My money is stuck and don't see immediate resolution. They give excuse mentioning talati is not doing his job.

I gave them token money against a plot in marunji, hinjewadi and waited 1 year. I was promised to refund money immediately in case of cancellation from either part at the time of booking. I waited 1 year and they are committing many dates and childish reasons to not refund (Indirectly) the money..

Request to all who are suffering like me, let unit and decide the legal course of action against him. This is the only way to restrict them to play with our hard earned money..

I am also a victim of right choice harassment, 2015 i booked land with them and till now nothing happened, now they don't even pickup the call and not replying on mail. I know 2 more people who are stuck with me and looking for more people who are facing this harassment by them. I booked a farm-plot from them which they promised will be converted into residential plots within 3 months. This never happened and later they sold my plot to 2 more people without my consent. They were probably willing to pay more than what i paid originally. So right choice group management forced me to cancel my purchase and promised me to payback the amount that i bought the plot for (No benefits). However, all their promises are always a lie, they have never stood by their words. It has been 4 months that i am waiting for my money to be refunded. Every month they say they will pay me next month and the story goes on and on. I'm totally disappointed with the kind of services they offer and will definitely not buy any property from them henceforth.

No 1 fraud muthukumar. L right choice fraud dont give money in (Ambattur) chennai below the fraud add in one of the job website...
