Property Guru Private Limited — Booking in False Project and now demanding 20k for NOC for Cancellation

Dear All,

I had made a booking in AIms project in Noida Ext on Property Guru's recommendation that this is a new but trustable builder in the year 2012. IT has been almost 2 years now and there is no construction at all.

When I asked to quit the project, they are saying they will charge 20k for NOC for no reason. This is really fraud case and seems both the builder and Prop Guru are involved in the fraud.
