Property Tax — Money Debited but not generated Receipt

I Paid my property tax for the below 2 assessments on 09/08/2021.
Money got debited but the receipt for the payments not generated. Moreover those transactions not reflected in the Payments History as well and also still shown as outstanding due.

1. Assessment No - 007/014/04253

2. Assessment No - 007/014/04254

Please kindly acknowledge the payment made for these two assessments and help me to get receipts for the same.
