I wish I would have read this before! To cut the long story short, I have also been following Mr. Ganesh Khamkar from the youtube channel - Konkan property expo since mid-2018. Then I assigned him to sell my property in the konkan region (around Nov-Dec 2018 I think) and paid his charges of 15000/-INR instantly to his bank account. He kept giving reasons for not visiting the site for months together after which I decided to cancel the deal with him (somewhere mid-2019) and requested the money be returned. Then after that as rockstar1414 says "tomorrow never comes" and I am still waiting while I write this (Mar 2020). Tried reaching his number that is available on his youtube channel. As rockstar says he appears to be a genuine, honest, family, and busy man running this business (as you can see on his youtube videos). But now as I read rockstars post, I really doubt Mr. Khamkar's intentions. I guess now I will also file a complaint with the youtube channel (for fraud) and request 'rockstar' to do the same so that youtube can red-flag him to avoid others from being cheated. Besides, I am also a platinum member (paying additional 3000/-) of the website you mention (www.propertyinkokan.com). Not logged-in for over a month now. I hope the domain is still working. Though I am disappointed knowing and writing all this, I still hope I am wrong and that Mr. Khamkar is just going through a bad financial phase that is making him behave like this. Please, whosoever reads (these messages), get the work done from him first and then do a payment, if you cannot avoid him totally!

Ganesh Khamkar (Property In Kokan - http://www.propertyinkokan.com/) - a great lyre.
Appear to be a genuine person when we talk on phone or during my 2 face-to-face meetings before I paid him. And then since the time he is supposed to pay back and transfer the plot as promised, he is no more available. He never picks the phone. And if I call from another number, he picks the phone and give excuse every time and promise to call back in the evening but never turns back.
If anyone reading this has the slightest doubt about him being a lyre, I can help him clear his doubt. Simply call me on +91 [protected] and during that call itself, you and I both will try adding him to the conference call and I am sure he won't pick my call and will take another party's call. And once Ganesh is on call, the rest of things will clear.
I also have proofs and bounced cheque from him that can be used to file police compliant but so far, I have restrained from doing that as it will simply close his business forever and wish him to do business genuinely.

Ganesh Khamkar, owner of kokan propert expo, Devrukh has also cheated my husband. Since last 1year, he took 7lakhs rupees from my husband and showed him property of savarda chiplun which was nor purchased by him nor leased by him. We met the original owner and cleared everything and caught his fraud bt nw since we are asking him for our money, he is always unavailable or he gives false answer I.e : wl pay next week, he gives us some random dates and random days, but that day and date doesn't turn up, my mother in law is unwell so my husband requested him for money he just gave us 15k. What does he think we are beggars to beg for a single penny. I am not going to leave this damn lier and cheater person. We wl take action in him. I request you all to come together and file a complain about him. We should all be together 🙏

Hi, my 16 Lacs is stuck with him. Been a year..had no idea of him being a fraudster..had an active youtube channel with a lot of followers.
