Hi, I was promised a NA land by Ganesh and this was 20 guntas. I've paid him 16 lakhs for the development of this land and it's been a year neither has he transferred the papers nor has he returned my money.
Suggest those who are facing the same issues to drop me a message on whatsapp and we can form a group and figure out how to tackle this.

I wish i would have read this before! To cut the long story short, i have also been following mr. Ganesh khamkar from the youtube channel - konkan property expo since mid-2018. Then i assigned him to sell my property in the konkan region (Around nov-dec 2018 i think) and paid his charges of 15000/-inr instantly to his bank account. He kept giving reasons for not visiting the site for months together after which i decided to cancel the deal with him (Somewhere mid-2019) and requested the money be returned. Then after that as rockstar1414 says "tomorrow never comes" and i am still waiting while i write this (Mar 2020). Tried reaching his number that is available on his youtube channel. As rockstar says he appears to be a genuine, honest, family, and busy man running this business (As you can see on his youtube videos). But now as i read rockstars post, i really doubt mr. Khamkar's intentions. I guess now i will also file a complaint with the youtube channel (For fraud) and request 'rockstar' to do the same so that youtube can red-flag him to avoid others from being cheated. Besides, i am also a platinum member (Paying additional 3000/-) of the website you mention (www.propertyinkokan.com). not logged-in for over a month now. I hope the domain is still working. Though i am disappointed knowing and writing all this, i still hope i am wrong and that mr. Khamkar is just going through a bad financial phase that is making him behave like this. Please, whosoever reads (These messages), get the work done from him first and then do a payment, if you cannot avoid him totally!
