[Resolved]  Proptiger — False commitment of cashback

I have booked a apartment in Dosti Greater Thane via Propteigr in the month of September 2023.

And builder has not given any discount on my agreement value as propteigr has committed that they will provide 30k as a cashback loyalty discount once I pay 10% of the agreement value.

I have paid 10% and my loan amount is also disbursed to builder and it's been 4 months now and I have not received my cashback of 30k.

I have raised complaint with Propteigr customer service but still they are checking.

I have attached discount note along with this.

I looking forward to get my cashback money asap
