[Resolved] Prospexiv — threatening mails and messages

I had registered for a form filling home based part time job in the company mentioned above. They are charging around 9000rs due to the non completion of the work and sending me threatening mails and messages saying that i will be dragged to court and will have to pay 50000 as a penalty. The so called advocate under the name minakshi arora has been sending me mails saying that if i fail to pay the money in an hour a case will be filled against me under article 406 and 409.
Kindly look into the matter

I have been receiving threatning mails from Prospexiv regarding forceful payment of a certain amount of money.
I had lodged a complaint against them
And consumer complaint had resolved the case within 7days
Sir an advocate from prospexiv called me to clear the agreement charge that's is 23000 . He said that if i failed to pay then he will take legal action. Kindly help me.
