I got a call from this company on 10th july 2020. They said me to fill their 1000 forms in 10 days and after that they will pay me Rs 20000. I agree with them but they didn't send me any work.I called them next day then they said that we will send you in sometime. After that they didn't send me any work for 10 days and on 21st july 2020, they called me and threatened me to pay 5500 in 15 minutes otherwise they are going to charge a fine of 60500. And now they are continously threatening me to pay the money and they also send me a court petition. Please help me and tell me what can i do now.

I have completed within tat. I have saved the pdf file which is generated with confidential password. When i opened my website after submiting my job... Your qc is failed showing there. I checked my qc report randomly. They have generated some wrong error which is not in pdf.
They also send me lawyer intimation letter for paying 4600 fees. I have given the amount. After depositing the amount they told me to deposit rs-13828 more forcefully. I have also deposited the amount. Then they sent me a noc which contains that i have cleared all my fees and the job work has cancelled. They cheated me. Now they charging money & harassing me and threatning me about legal action. They now sending message from bw-arbitr again and again.

I request to consumer forum please check it and save me from there threatening.

I couldn't finish work with in time. They demanded me to pay 4600 rupees for the utility charges. I paid and got an acknowledgement for 4600.

It is mentioned clearly in the agreement. If we unable to deliver the work within time and accuracy automatically the agreement will get terminated. Almost after 1 year i got a mail with fake court order demanding to pay 49590/ —
For the company loss. They are threatening me in phone calls. We will issue arrest warrant in local police station. And also they are telling to me to settle this they need 18000 rupees instead of 49590/-.

So please help with this problem.

I got continuously call from this company for doing online jobs. I said ok. Then they tell me they give 1200 forms. We have submit 1100 forms within 12 days. If we fail to submit that work we have to pay 4600 rs to company.But for other reason I'm completed that work.I paid Rs. 16150 to this company and they sent me a NOC.
but now approx 6 to 7 months later a person or may be a lawyer have called me and told me to pay some charge again otherwise they will sent me a notice via my police station. and if I will not give them the amount then they will call me in a Court. Few days ago I got a email, call, msg stating that

The Court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete the same and even also not respond to the notice in the court,
so court is going to take strict legal action against on you.You have to face strict legal consequences. Orders to be held and court decides you to appear in court in 2 days. If you do not appear in court, Court will take legal action against you associated at your home address.Herewith court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is Rs 98, 550/- in 2 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you as per Indian Penal Code therefore take this matter as prime concern. I denid for the same and the person who called me is threatening me to pay for visit the court with my adv and parents...when I have got the NOC why should I pay more amount... I think this a big scam.. Request you to please help

Myself maninder singh. I joined above company in december 2018. After completing their work they says that your work is not accurate and you have to pay 4600 so i paid it. And i even have noc from that end. Now after a year today i again got a call that you have to pay more 12000 which is loss to company. I thought it is a big opportunity for me for free invest and good earning. So on 19th dec i started my work. But unfortunately i failed to submit their job within tat. When we pay 4600 rs as fine company asked them to pay 5500 forcefully. But in their fake agreement not mentioned about 5500 rs. We were scared & at last they paid. They issued us a noc also.

Sir, i needed the money by doing home based data entry job. So i put my resume on clicknindia.com for several home based data entry job companies. On 22 december 2018 i received a call from a company named prospexiv for home based form filling job. The person who called me was a woman named ruchika sharma. She told me that i will receive an i. D. And password if i join and after that fill 1200 forms in 12 days after submission of all filled forms they will send me qc report in which the number of correct and not correct forms will be mentioned. I will get 25 rupees for each correct form and i will have to make accuracy of 1100 correct forms then the registration amount of rupees 4600 will be deducted from my final payment of 30000 rupees if i do not get the accuracy of 1100 forms i will have to pay 4600 as registration fees. I joined they requested me for my id proof and i gave the photo of my driving license and passport sized photo they sent me an message on whatsapp containing link of an app for signing the agreement which i did. I received an email on 25 december and filled all the forms on 2 january 100% accuracy because i was checking my each filled form three times after filling so there were no chances of mistake. But in the qc report i found that there were more than 200 forms were mistaken and red marked that i was not expecting at all. Regarding this i tried to tell their helpline numbers and the person who call me for joining but everybody's call is out of reach. Today on 12th jan i got a call from the prospexiv company girl and he is forcing me to pay 4600 rupees otherwise he will go legally. Then I told her that I want to cancel the agreement and I don't want to do this work anymore. After that I paid the company 7800 rs. as penalty and they already given me NOC letter. But after one year 24 january 2020 the prospexiv company girl call me and told me that my agreement not cancelled and its is still continue and they ask me to pay more money 10500rs. after some time I received a call again and a person who is a advocate told me that he send a summons to me in ajaynagar police station ajmer rajasthan and he ask me more money 23580rs for penalty. If I do not pay money then he will fill a case against me and then i will pay 98580 rs.
And they are still calling me from different number and different advocate name . And the penalty amount is increasing on every call like 10500 rs, 15527 rs, 23580 rs, 25500 rs, 50000 etc. They are threating me to pay money.
Please help me.

Hi sir/madam i was looking for a online part time time job and came across this company called prospexiv. Initially they told me that they will give 1200 forms and we have to submit those forms within 12 days. If we fail to submit that work we have to pay 4600 rs towards company. As they said i completed the work within the given timeframe. After few days they called me stating tht there was no accuracy in the work and they asked me to pay 4600rs along with fine of 2950, total: 7550₹. They thretened me of legal actions. I was scared and paid that amount. Again they started calling me and asking for more amount. Later i checked in google and came across this forum and got to know that its a fake company and many other people like me have been cheated by this fraud company. I stopped receiveing their calls and blocked them. For few months there were no calls. Now again after a year they have started calling me and harassing me to pay ₹87530. When i first spoke to they said there is no extra amount to be paid and no hidden charges. Later they are harassing me. Today a person called me and threatened me that he taking legal action against me. And is forcing me to pay ₹87530 as penalty. He also says that he is sending a hard copy of legal notice to my home address. Please help me. I have attached all the message and email proofs which they have sent to me.

I am just a middle class guy. I cant pay that huge amount for no mistake of mine.

Please help me to get out from this situation.

Last year one lady called me told me i can earn upto 30000 per month. Who don't need money so i said send me the demo i will check. Later on she sent the documents and told me to acknowledge immediately. They just want to grab customer. Later on when they sent me the stamp paper i can see that the signature is fake. That's not my signature. They also sent me the work. I started working but few of the file doesn't get open. When i tried to call them either their mobile is switched off or not reachable. Hence i was not able to submit my work. Now one of the lawyer called me up and started showting at me saying i need to present myself in court. Now i have to pay rupees in lakh. Don't know what's going on. Any suggestions plz. Also i notice all the stamp paper are same for all the consumer. Hence i believe it's fake.

I have been harassed by the same company called prospexiv, but what legal action is taken on this company as I seen many complaints online about it. I m getting there call after every single day and they sent me msg about legal notice now and telling me that you will get legal notice from police and you will have to be present in court what should I do ???

Kindly help us to be out it, as day by day it's getting worse. Even we have payed the amount. But now demanding money to close the legal procedure.

I joined online form Filling job in the company named Prospexiv in Jan 3, 2019. They had got signed an agreement online. In that agreement it was mentioned that i have to fill 1200 forms in 12 days with at least 91.6% accuracy failing which I have to pay them registration penalty of 4650. I completed my work in 10 days, but when QC report was generated it showed that my work was not succeeded. I received a call from Fraud and fake advocate Suraj Patel saying that I have to pay registration penalty of 4650 otherwise a case will be registered against me. He also emailed the same. I then agreed to pay the penalty and I paid the amount. After then I again received a call from that company saying that agreement was of 11 months contract and if i want to get this agreement terminated then I have to pay 6560 rs more to issue the noc and thus to terminate the agreement. Again I agreed and paid the same. Then I was given an email which showed that all my dues are cleared and I am free from company and all the legal proceedings. After 1 month that is in Feb 2019 I again got a call from the company to pay more. That time I refused to pay and scolded that man. Then after 2 months that is on 27 April 2019 onwards again these people are harassing me continuously to pay again otherwise the case will be registered against me and arrest warrant will be issued against me. I am trying to call fraud advocate Suraj Patel and Shweta Patel who got me registered with this company but now their mobile nos are coming out to be invalid. Please help me out otherwise I will definitely die because of these fraud company and fraud people.

While working in prospexiv company, he completed his 1200 forms and went on their site and said that the qc report is incorrect. Then after 2 days the lawyer's call came to you 12985 rupee filling cost and i filled it up and back in 4 month, i got a call from the lawyer that you will still have to pay... I am very depressed to help me.
i have paid the cancel agreement charges Rs 19554. the advocate issue the legal notice to me.

E.,[protected] i received a call from vishal patel & a senior advocate of delhi court asking me to pay 3 section charges of amount rs. 20, 960. I really dont know why i should pay. Also they sent me account details of xcel network company.. I just confused i entered agreement with prospexiv but why should i have to pay for xcel network. They warnmed me to pay 20, 960/- before[protected] otherwise they will proceed leagally. Please help me in this matter

As i was looking for the work from home jobs so i got the call from a lady named ruchi shah from this company and as i thought this was a big opportunity so i agreed to work and shared my adhar card as the legal proof then they asked me to sign a contarct i did that too. And i completed my task also of 1200 forms in 12days but the very next day i receive a call from the lawyer named vishal patel stating that my qc report failed and i need to pay rs 4600/- to the company as the penalty and also later he adds that extra rs3000/- i need to pay to close the legal procedure initially i agreed and paid them within deadline (3pm) as i got very scared. I had all the information saved in my mail and also received the noc from the company but again today a lady named divya patel called 3months later stating herself to be the lawyer of delhi court that my case has not been closed and i need to pay more rs15510/- as the penalty. She was very rude and shouted very rudely. This is a total fraud case. Please help me! They should refund my money with harassment charges. I have all the call recordings and the proofs. I wont pay a single peny to this company. Please help me in this matter.

I had registered for a home based form filling job in the company mentioned above where i was asked to fill in 1200 forms over a span of 12days promising me a payment of 30000rs on the completion of it.
I had backed out of the job after learning that the company is fake and since then there has been a series of threatning messages and emails saying i will have to pay the registration amount i. E 4600rs to them.
Now the amount has summed up to rs 9000 which i have been asked to pay in an hour failing which i shall be dragged to the court and also have to pay a fine of rs 50, 000 in settlement.
The so called advocate under the name minakshi arora has been sending me emails ever since.
How do i deal with this.

They are charging around 9000rs due to the non completion of the work and sending me threatening mails and messages saying that i will be dragged to court and will have to pay 50000 as a penalty. The so called advocate under the name minakshi arora has been sending me mails saying that if i fail to pay the money in an hour a case will be filled against me under article 406 and 409.

I was scared & at last i paid the amount 7510/- (Screenshot attached).. So after that i thought i am out of this fraud case finally but again i got a call from that once again you will get some forms to complete but i rejected and said no that i dont want to continue this further..
So the number from which i got call was telling himself as a lawyer by name "mr atul patel" and told me that if you want to terminate yourself from this job you have to pay again some penalty in our bank account and if you fail to do so then we will send you a legal notice from court and police may also arrest you soon on behalf of them..
They also send me illegal lawyer intimation letter for paying the amount asap.. So again due to fear i was forced to pay the penalty in their sbi bank acc and the sum of money was told as 8550/- and then later i paid the total amount.. So after that day there was not a single confirmation i got from them and nor they messaged me about my termination,.. The forms were fake, agreements were fake, calls were fake.. So atlast i request consumer forum to respond to my complain asap and help me in refunding my total sum of money as 7510+8550=1650..

While working in prospexiv company, he completed his 1200 forms and went on their site and said that the qc report is incorrect. Then after 2 days the lawyer's call came to you 15500 rupee filling cost and i filled it up and back in 1 month, i got a call from the lawyer that you will still have to pay... I am very depressed to help me.

Already many of them told like that i am also fallen in this company and they told that qc report has failed and block mail me to pay the amount as penalty. I paid because of scarry. But they are call to continuously for money. I made an agreement with the company
I. E. Prospexiv. I got the work from the company and when i was doing the work and i got a message from my friend who was also doing the work for the same company that the agreement which we made with the company was not appropriate. The agreement has same stamp along with the date.
When i knew that i stopped the work of the company and when i was trying to submit the form it was creating a trouble for me and not able to submit the forms.
I got a call and mail from the advocate of the propexiv company who's name was raj sharma and he was harrasing me to submit the money otherwise they will do legally action against me.

I got a call from prospexiv company, in that call they said we have a form filling home based work within 12 days have to complete 1200 forms and you will get rs-30000/- in that we will deduct registration charges rs 4600/-.in case if you unable to complete after you have to pay rs 4600/- to the company.

Unfortunately i failed to submit their job within that. When i am going to pay 4600 rs company they told me your id has been terminated and went to legal department. Toclear all the legal and your extension to work you have to pay rs 42350 forcefully. But in their fake agreement not mentioned about thsi much money. I got scared & at last paid.
After extension i have completed remaining 54 forms and submitted to then. Then your qc report is failed showing there. I checked my qc report randomly. They have generated some wrong error which is not in pdf.

Now they are calling and telling me to pay rs 90000 to cancel the agreement. Could please help me on high priority
