Provident Housing Limited — refund of eoi amount for park square project

Provident housing park square project was offered to me by the sales team and on site visit the sales team asked me to participate in launch event the same evening by paying eoi amount. I paid 1l eoi amount and later attended the launch event at hotel lalit ashok. However we decided not to go ahead and asked the team for refund of amount paid for eoi. So far neither the company nor the sales team have reverted nor refunded the amount promised to refund in the form.
I am being orally told for refund but no refund has been made neither got replies to my mail. I have the eoi form copy with my payment details for reference.
