Possession of appartment not done after full payment

It's a ready to move appartment, payment done in full but I have not got the OC and cannot move in to the appartment, management shows no responsibility in handing over the property. My EMI is starting in few days for the house that I purchased but I don't live there

I had booked an apartment 1c - 1101, 11th floor, in
Project provident skyworth mangalore :builder provident
Housing ltd on 24/09/2013 and paid 93% of the
Agreement value slab wise rs 43, 11, 403 till 26/07/2017.
As per the valid signed agreement, the date of
Possession mentioned therein is dec 2015. Inspite of
Continued followup for possession, it was communicated
That my apartment falls under provident skyworth phase
2 and will be given possession on or before year 2021 as
Per the project period registered under rera. After
Continuous followup for six months, provident housing
Ltd refunded the amount paid rs 43, 11, 403 on
31/10.2018 without any compensation for use of these
Funds for the period 24/09/2013 to 31/10/2018. (Slab
Wise). I had taken icici home loan and also self funded
From my savings accounts the amount of rs 43, 11, 403
Paid slab wise to provident housing ltd. I have suffered
Monetary expense of interest paid on bank loan, loss of
Interest on self funded savings, loss of tax relief on
Home loan interest, loss of rental income beyond dec
2015 possession date and loss of capital appreciation on
This apartment booked in provident skyworth mangalore
Project. I have calculated interest payable @ 18%
Towards compensation of the losses mentioned above
Which amounts to rs 27, 07, 937.00 calculated till 31.10.2018

cancellation issues

I booked a apartment from provident housing green park. The details was given by sales manager yashraj in qatar on dec 2018. Before visiting the site he asked me to pay 2 kakhs as a token to block the unit. Which i have paid on apr 11th 2019. By may 2019 i visited the apartment and i did not like the unit. I sit i am cancelling the unit but the company is refusing to return the amount. It has been close to 8 months now still not received my money. This is a company managed by purvankara. It's a bad company to do any business. I hope even purvankara is not cheaters.

cancellation charges no refund

I had paid rs. 1, 00, 000/- as booking amount towards provident green park, coimbatore for a 3bhk apartments. Unfortunately, i had to withdraw from the purchase due to some financial issues. The payments were made in march 2018 and the cancellation was informed to them in june 2018.
I wanted the amount paid to e returned back. The company says the amount is non refundable. I not informed of any cancellation charges prior to the payments. And nowhere in the contracts are mentioned about the cancellation charges.
Anyhow, i want my money back. I haven't taken the place.
All the original documents remain with me and can be provided upon demand.

Provident housing park square project was offered to me by the sales team and on site visit the sales team asked me to participate in launch event the same evening by paying eoi amount. I paid 1l eoi amount and later attended the launch event at hotel lalit ashok. However we decided not to go ahead and asked the team for refund of amount paid for eoi. So far neither the company nor the sales team have reverted nor refunded the amount promised...

Provident Housing Limited cheating their customers

Puruvankara's wholy owned subsidiary group Provident Housing Ltd's first project in chennai is Cosmo City. They lured all the middle class buyers with attracted brouchures photos and other amenities - but now in real nothing has been delivered whichever is promised, Even they violated the DTCP approval plan in many cases.
* promised Driveways are converted in to car parking .. which affects the driving way and hindrance to other activities. This is not as per the DTCP approval. its clear violation of what is originally there in DTCP approved plan.
* Violated the pollution control board - not installing any solar panels yet.
* Pavered blocks road was shown in brochure and now they have laid tar roads across all blocks.
* Large saucer drains are built in the middle of the road open.
* Sold upto 1.85 lakhs per car parking - which as per law is not saleable.
* No gates installed and no permanent entrance laid yet , where the handover is done for 1000 units already.
* Children play area is just a name sake, which again is just put on the large sump, where three large pits which are easily openable.
* Heavy volts transformers are commenced at a stone throwaway distance from the children's play area.
* More than 300 car parks were sold so far above the DTCP approval diagram.
They have delayed the overall project like anything, and the units which are handed over to the owners so far is a 1.5 years delayed handover with no delay penalty.
* very very small room like 500 sq ft built as a multipurpose hall for 2100+ flats
* Promised to build a large open swimming pool, but in real they built in a ground floor of a building like a small fish tank, Even 5 person swimming there is difficult, just think how it will accomodate for a 2100+ apartments.
* just 600 sq ft space were built for supermarket for 2100+ apartments.
* overall the workmanship and the quality of the building is just below average.
Even one other project in chennai called Purvankara's Swanlake is more than 8 years old project I heard,still not even a one flat handed over.
So please restrain from buying purvankara or any of their sister concern like provident housing. When they see a prospecting customer, they lie like anything to close the business, but you will become a victim like me. Just beware!!
