I had ordered Prorogue watch by HDFC bank offers, i received the product on[protected], Invoice no-6C[protected].Order.No[protected] but it was defected/ damaged,

Its my request to replace my damaged product as soon as possible.

Provogue — ICICI offer watch not received. Order No:[protected]

Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 6 Apr 2016 and made the payment through at the payment gateway citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected] Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. Very poor service.!!

There is no words in english to spell on behalf of provogue products. Such a stupid products they are selling and one of the sponsor hdfc is an supporter, recently hdfc given an offer of provogue watch and we have received it a cost o f 299/- it is not worked at least 3days. It is better to buy a watch on platform side such a waste products they are. Do you think the customers are fools. Better to complaint at consumer court to sell such a products. Be shame to fool customer, any how at one time provogue has to face this result.

I've received a watch which i bought under icicicredit card offer.. invoice number 6c[protected] dated 21.3.2016... watch was defective. quality was very ordinary...always running slowly...sent complaint vide the provided email id [protected]@provogue.net...but mail was returned saying that the id was wrong...called them over phone...not responding...

Icici should stop doing this fake/cheating with free promocode. I have ordered sunglasses and got the worst quality even rs.100 sunglasses are better then this from road side. Is that provogue brand making such a bull and taking shipping charge of rs.399.

I want icici should return my rs. 399., bakwaas material of provogue brand with price tag of rs. 1999..

I received items against my order#[protected]. I wanted to return the order as size was not correct but no one is answering the phone calls. I tried 6-7 different phone numbers searching internet and also through provogue website. Even submitting complain through their website and through email is not working.
Are they cheating by providing the false numbers?

I made an online transaction through HDFC bank website on Saturday 9th April 2016 to purchase Provogue watch however there was shipping charge of 299/ debited from my hdfc account customer id: 20983333 but the transaction failed.
I didnt get any transaction id however phone number used for transaction was [protected].
Please check and confirm when will the shipping charge of 299/ be reversed in my account.

Hi I have ordered 3 watches with order id:[protected];[protected];[protected]
When I track the delivery status it shows the status as "completed".But the items are not delivered to me and I didn't even get a call or message regarding the order.I want to know the issue with the delivery and want the items to be delivered it to me ASAP.Please do the needful.

Hi I had given a sample of cufflinks and toe pin to your company for production for airforce. The job could not be done, but the worst part happened when it took 2 mnths plus to get the sample back that too after lot of requests and fighting. Now when the sample is received its broken and one part is missing and more so the person handling is shying away from responsibility. I m an officer of indian airforce. I had ordered Prorogue watch by HDFC bank offers, i received the product on[protected], but it was defected/ damaged, i had lodged the complain for the same and got revert mail from CC manager Shilpa by [protected]@provogue.com. in that she has mentioned that they will send a courier boy to pic my damaged product in 4-5 days and will replace the product in further next 3-4 days ( full working will take time 8-10 days. but no any delivery boy came to pick my product so finally i sent damaged product to its address (Provogue (India) Ltd, Parashnath Complex, D-10, Gala no 5-10, Anjur Phata Road, Valpada, Bhiwandi, 421302, Thane, Maharashtra. on 04/04/2016. by Professional Courier, Doc ate No. IDR5220747.) for replacement.after that i had mailed on [protected]@provogue.com and tried to call many times but no any repose received.

I am very much disappoint this kind of services, there are many no available on.your site for customer care but no one pick the call on those no. also there is one CC no. that[protected], this no.'s line is showing status busy line.always

Its my request to replace my damaged product as soon as possible.

Today i shocked to see the watch worth Rs. 2499 from Provogue with additional courier charges Rs. 299.

I get complimentary product via HDFC bank offer. Merely fraudulent tactics. Quality of product is equivalent to road side selling watches not more than Rs. 200. So pathetic bands of watch. broken in first instance. need new original product not fake like this.

The watch i ordered on " HDFC2015" and the amount of shipping Rs.299/- is deducted from my HDFC Account on 30th March 2016, and today i have received the message with AWB Number and Order no it says incorrect number. I need clarification, and if i don't get the proper brand Provogue watch today or if it's cheating as per other many complaints i read, i need my money back. Many are suffering for this, Idont know why HDFC has to send such mails of offers.

Sir, i lankesh wankhede receive a provogue watch (invoice no. 6C[protected]) on dated 12/03/2016. the product which i got is not of original provogue brand . model no.and coding of item is not emboss on back side of watch. you send me the local 100 Rs. watch as of provogue item .
So do some thing about it.

Have ordered a watch by seeing the offer "buy any product using promo code "HDFC2015" the payment of Rs 299 was successful on Monday, but till now i did not receive any order confirmation mail/call, Is this is your way to sell the product, then I am sure firstly you need to learn how to sell the product and what are the protocols, what is the right way to sell any poduct.

But the way you are doing is a wrong way, many people are suffering, i have seen many complaints against your company..

I want my money back asap, till today..

Fraud company, tie up with many banks including HDFC also, after payment gets successful they did not even gave the order confirmation, this is kind of open fraud, earn money through a wrong process, All we need our money back .

I did not receive the order number against the product i had ordered on monday, .. I used the promo code "hdfc 2015", the money got deducted but did not receive any kind of mail, or call not even order number... I want my money back today itself, otherwise i'll complaint against this company, , this is a kind of fraud case., do refund my money asap.

I had purchased a provogue watch order no.[protected].The watch failed to work within the warranty period.The provogue customer care asked me to return the product.Accordingly they took the watch and since then they have not responded.They have neither returned the repaired/new watch nor refunded the money, whatever is applicable.Pick up ID:BN94623111...
