I have ordered watch. Order no.#[protected]placed on November 28, 2015 6:20:53 PM IST). No response so far. customer care is not picking up phone. no udate on online tracking....

I have ordered a watch from provogue and received defected watch from them. The strap pin hole is not there and so the watch strap is not attached. It is totally damaged and useless as it can't be repaired. I am very much disappointed and will not order anything from provogue in future....

Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 11/29/15 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 22 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. My self Gang bhandari i have applied for above mentioned watch by Hdfc bank Netbanking and i have paid 299 rupees for shipping charges. In this concerned i have received my product with glass damage conditions. Please do need ful actions in this matter at an early as possible....
