    I have purchase a Provogue Watch through online. After Some days its not working properly. I wrote a mail to them for asking details of repair centre and where can i exchange the watch as that is in warranty period. There is no reply from them till now.

      Hi I Ordered a watch through online, My ORDER #[protected] and AWB is MUMPVGP637297 was ordered on NOV 27th 2015 . When i tracked the order, its not showing any details about it. "Enter valid no" message is displayed. I have called customer care many times and mailed to [protected]@provogue.com but no response from them. PROVOGUE IS IRRESPONSIBLE .. They are cheating people . Worst service

            I have ordered a watch from provogue and received defected watch from them. The strap pin hole is not there and so the watch strap is not attached. It is totally damaged and useless as it can't be repaired. I am very much disappointed and will not order anything from provogue in future.

              Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 11/29/15 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 22 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning.               Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 10/10/15 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order No[protected] Its been 41 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team.                 I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 8 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. Thanks Regards Vivek..

                      I ordered a Provogue Women WATCH on 28/11/2015 through the HDFC offer from www.provogue.com. The provogue website updated order (Number[protected] as COMPLETE and shipping details is updated with MUMPVGP636594, I contacted GOJAVAS they said no. such order detail available with them, When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. HDFC should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with HDFC in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. . Request a refund. I don't want any product from such a fraud company.

We'd like to inform you that in such cases where in one is unable to retrieve any information on tracker despite a tracking number provided, it means the order was placed successfully yet it wasn't transferred to the shipping partner(that's us). Until the order is not in our possession it would not reflect anything on the tracker. We request you to please get in touch with the seller regarding the same.

                        Dear Team, I have ordered a Provogue watch online ( Order no:[protected] on 13th Nov'15, the product was delivered on 8th Dec'15.( huge delay). And when I used it, the next day, it stopped working. I tried reaching all the customer care numbers available on website, which seems to be completely fake and I marked the email to customer care Id but no response from the team. The product has 1 year warranty and 14 days return policy but I am not able to reach anybody from Provogue. After this incident I immediately informed my relatives and frineds not to order anything from Provogue online. I request the team to help me exchange the product or take it back by refunding my about. Provogue is no more trustable. Thank you.

                              Hi All, I ordered one watch in Provogue site through HDFC bank on 18th November, but still i am yet to receive the product but their site shows the status as completed. i ordered one more product on 7th December & selected cash on delivery, within a week courier boy reached my place to deliver the product. This is one of the fake company i have ever seen, Can anyone let me know how to file a police complaint against this company....

                              Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 28 NOV. 2015 through the offer provided by HDFC Bank and made the payment through HDFC net banking. Payment was successful. Then I received Payment invoice which is attached herewith. My Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 2 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website, but couldn't connect, nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. I can see HDFC Bank has to take the responsibility and need to get out of this kind of partners.
