I order icici provogue watch and pay charges through icici internet banking, but still today i dont get confirmation about it and i trying to track then is shows processing status from the very first day when i place an order

I had ordered watch from Provogue India through HDFC net banking offer, and cancelled the order. I got a mail from Customer care on December 2, 2015 stating order is cancelled and the money will be refunded within 4-5 working days. but i have not received the money yet. Even after sending couple of mails there is no response from the. I would request you to get the money refunded.

Worst quality of provogue watch

I bought provogue watch which worth above Rs. 2000 and it will comes for Rs. 299 only using ICICI bank Internet banking. It's worst quality for 299 rupees also, provogue is vary bad quality.

Hi I Ordered a watch through online, My order no is[protected] and I ordered on NOV 28th 2015 . When i tracked the order, its not showing any details about it. "Enter valid no" message is displayed. I have ordered a watch from provogue and received defected watch from them. The strap pin hole is not there and so the watch strap is not attached. It is totally damaged and useless as it can't be repaired. I am very much disappointed and will not order anything from provogue in future.

I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order No[protected] Its been 41 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Pendinging from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but no responce.

I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 8 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. Thanks Regards Vivek..

I ordered a Provogue Women WATCH on 28/11/2015 through the HDFC offer from www.provogue.com. The provogue website updated order (Number[protected] as COMPLETE and shipping details is updated with MUMPVGP636594, I contacted GOJAVAS they said no. such order detail available with them, When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. HDFC should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with HDFC in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. . Request a refund. I don't want any product from such a fraud company.

Dear Team, I have ordered a Provogue watch online ( Order no:[protected] on 13th Nov'15, the product was delivered on 8th Dec'15.( huge delay). And when I used it, the next day, it stopped working. I tried reaching all the customer care numbers available on website, which seems to be completely fake and I marked the email to customer care Id but no response from the team. The product has 1 year warranty and 14 days return policy but I am not able to reach anybody from Provogue. After this incident I immediately informed my relatives and frineds not to order anything from Provogue online. I request the team to help me exchange the product or take it back by refunding my about. Provogue is no more trustable. Thank you.

Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 28 NOV. 2015 through the offer provided by HDFC Bank and made the payment through HDFC net banking. Payment was successful. Then I received Payment invoice which is attached herewith. My Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 2 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website, but couldn't connect, nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!
