I have purchased shoes from flipkart and delivered the same on 29 Nov 2020.

But I used for 4-5 days and it has broken from front side.

We have purchased bag and it got just tired from the side of the bag and we are not satisfied this bag and want it to return it and want cashback...

Is there issue with your site. The contact number is also not correct.

I had places the order order number[protected]. I am truing to open the link but non of your site is opening. The order was placed on[protected]. The freight charges has been paid.
Can i know when will i get the order and whom to contact as the contact number on your site is not valid

I had received an offer from eureka forbes for buying amc online... I got offer of buying watch... Their i needed to pay shipping charges i paid shipping charges... Then i didn't received any confirmation for my order i written mail to company but i didn't got any replay i called on customer care no one replaying all numbers are of no use... I ordered it on[protected]... Still i didn't got anything... My order number[protected]

On 1 august i claimed the free gift for renewing the eureka forbes aquaguard amc which was up provogue bag.

I was charged ₹299/- for the same as dekivery charges
However no acknowledgement has been provided to me and the money has been deducted

Also there is no response from provogue customer service

I had ordered on 14th feb order no.[protected] still i had not received my order.
I had ordered a watch from icici card on an offer from icici credit card. The coupon received from the icicic credit card service was used for placement of order for which i was charged 299 rs
I got the confirmation from the provogue for the order vide sms from "vm - provog

I got the message on 17 january 2020 on the order date but till now i did not get the product please help
When iam tracking the order it is showing it is under process from past more than one and half month

I have purchased the annual maintenance service for aquaguard ro through online on dated 27.12.2019. There was an offer on the annual maintenance contract. The offer was provogue watch. Though 15 days already passed, the order is till showing in process. The details of the offer is given below.
Order no[protected], product code 9s7b7837 dated 27.12.2019 still not received. I

I have place order on 20-Dec-19, still the order status is showing as processing.
it was mentioned the delivery will take with in 7-10 days, but still it is in processing stats only, order tracking number is[protected]. the courier partner is showing as 'Bluedart' but there is no courier tracking information, the AWB number mentioned is not correct there is no courier information, please check the issue and resolve ASAP

With the renewal of eureka forbes amc i got an offer for watch at rs.449 and accordingly i applied for it but till date the order is showing as processing. God knows what is taking them to process the shipping for a period of 20 days almost. The order number was[protected] and the order was expected to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Please get us refund or watch.

This is in reference to the order[protected] placed on 1st week of nov. The delivery was 7-10 business days. Nov 28th when i realised that it’s too long now and went to check the status. Only to see that blue dart has returned the shipment due to incomplete address. Neither bluedart nor provogue contacted me asking for address update. Now i’m trying to contact provogue customer care on[protected] listed on their website and its invalid number. I looked up on google and found another number[protected]. This number has incoming barred on it. So i decided to file a complaint through complaint form. But it is not allowing to submit asking to click on capitcha. Which is not visible anywhere on the page. I’m stuck.

I ordered watch on provogue with order#[protected] on 27 july and till date i have not received my order, please respond and deliver my order.

I tried to contact customer service and no one responded. I need my ordered or refund my money. I never expected this much delay from you guys and there is no proper responce from provogue

I request some one from provogue pls respond and deliver my order

I am trying to login in but gives an error for site owner: invalid site key and not able to log in the site and track my order.

Also tried to call the below-mentioned numbers for order status still no reply to calls.

Hello, i had ordered a jeans last month through flipkart provogue skinny women black jeans, and the quality is very worst, after a wash the colour away and the poor fabric, and got a lots of bubble After a use and it is going to torn if I'll use 1 more time really m not satisfied i had hardly used 2-3 time this jeans and now i m not able to use any more... Help me with it out either i want exchange of it or refund for this.. U are a big brand can't expect this from provogue... Kindly help me with it

Hi, i have placed this order 21st may 2019, through hdfc net banking and it still is in processing state. Money has been debited from my account on the day of ordering and yet there is no sign of progress. I have mailed provouge team but did not receive any response from them. Below are the details of transaction :

I ordered provogue watch on 24 march 2019 and made the payment through icici net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. So agin i have tried to order got the same result. Then i checked my mails and there was a mails from citrus pay that the both transactions was successful and my order no#[[protected]] and #[[protected]] since then i have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "processing" since last 6 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

I placed the order on 27 march 2019 at about one month back and provogue deducted my money and gave me this order confirmation number which are on record..

Till date nothing has delivered / received by me.
Provogue has a customer care number[protected] which is fake i guess and the call never be attended by any human being.
It always says "all representatives are busy".

I filled up the complaint form available in provogue's website. But no reply given to me.

Provgue please stop unethical business practice and please send my product.
