Yesterday i tried to order icici merchandise from this website.. The transaction was successful but i dint receive any order details... I have the transaction id from the bank as well... And i have no other way to reach without an order id... My bank is not able to help me as the transaction was successful. And you gys don even have a proper customer care where you can actually explain. The no give in customer care keeps on asking the order id... Dude i dont have one thats the issue. Help me out please

I placed an order at provogue on[protected], reading the tnc that the products can be returned but later saw that watches can't be returned. So i want to cancel the order and get the refund. When i tried reaching their call center, no one was picking up the phone, i have mailed them and tried everything possible but still there is no reply.

I have ordered one parcel in which i have ordered 2 provouge bag. My order no. Is[protected]. I have recrived my order yesterday i. E. 26.02.2019. My invoice no. Is[protected].

I have ordered 2 bags. But when i opened my parcel, it consist of 1 bag only. I am very disappointed from provouge. Worst brand ever seen. I have cctv in my office. I have proof during opening of parcel.

I have placed my order i. E., stole on dec 12 through axis bank offer but i haven't received it till now. When i checked the status on your website it shows the order has been cancelled but i haven't cancelled the order. The money for the order also has been charged and it hasn't been refunded. So, kindly either deliver my order or refund the amount.

I brought a pair of provogue branded shoes last week. And it's got damaged after the normal usage for two days.. It can't be used no more. We lost the believe in the provogue brand. We lost our money to buy these kinds of branded products. Both piees of got damged and affected by no use more. After it get damaged.. Im looking to communicate with the brand many ways... But no response from the team... So i believe in provogue... Please take necessary action to solveing my issues... Thank you

I had ordered a sling bag through icici net banking offers and had also paid the delivery charges but now the status of the order is showing cancelled. So now i want my money back or else want the product to be delivered at the mentioned address. Now the provogue customer care number is not reachable. This is very disappointing. So please see to it.

I paid rs.799 for provogue men's watch as an offer from irctc website after i completed my online train booking. I am an nri traveled to india in july-aug 2018 and on receipt of watches looks fake and very much of cheap quality. I am really disguised on irctc partnering with crooks like provogue and looting innocent customers. Shame on u provogue scamming nri people. I am requesting for a new watch or a refund of rs.799

I order a bag from provogue. They mail me that order is confirme. Citrus payment is used for payment. It also mailed that payment is successful. Now provogue is denying payment receival. I want my 699 rs back or the orde. Order no. Is[protected]. Merchant reference no. Is [protected]. Transaction is done on 16 July 2018 10: 57: 27 PM. Please solve my issue. Customer care of provogue is also not reachable.

I ordered provogue bag (Order#[protected] from icici bank net banking site on 21 may 2018. I never received the bag. When i dialed their number[protected] the message played that the bag was delivered within 28 days. This is not true i never received the bag. I could not register the complaint or speak to executive because no one responded after waiting for long time on the call.

I have ordered the product from provogue last month[protected] and yet i didn't receive my product or any confirmation of delivery date.
I sent a mail to customer care of provogue. I asked them to send a confirmation date of product delivery. They said will delivery soon and didn't mention any date.
But in their official website they mentioned that within 28 days of product order date the product will be delivered to the customer.
Yet i didn't receives any product and it exceeds a month. Until i mails them, they are not giving any proper answer.
Provogue company wasted my time more than a month and patience. I want to claim the high compensation from the provogue.

I had placed an order on provogue through the irctc link of a combo offer on june 19, 2018 & made payment online via card, but i have still not received the goods nor refund amount.

I have made multiple calls on their customer care number but no one is answering the calls. I think this company is closing or already closed, i request the concern authorities to take action against provogue for cheating the customers.

I am a customer of irctc. Having purchased a holiday from irctc, i saw an ad site in the irctc web platform with the name irctc provogue offer. The site ip address was http://www.irctc.provogue.com/

I clicked and a page opened with the caption, "thank you for your booking with irctc. Now redeem your stylish provogue merchandise worth up-to rs. 7499/- free*. Click 'continue' to proceed.

I clicked and was directed to another page http://www.irctc.provogue.com/irctc-offers.

There were different offers and i clicked on the 1 st one, viz. Combo-2 ; comprising a man's provogue watch, a lady's provogue watch and a provogue bag.

I was redirected to provide all my personal details and pay rs.799.00 through bank debit/credit card or net banking.

I paid rs. 799 through net banking of federal; bank. I recived a message that my order number is [protected] (Placed on june 20, 2018 2:06:02 pm ist)

I was advised prior to closing of the page that i will be getting an email confirmation of the order from provogue. I received an emails from provogue and the money is gone.

After waiting for hours, i attempted to call the provogue india number at bombay[protected] several times. Every time an ivr announcement asked for details which i gave and was asked to wait to be connected to a customer service agent. But no agent came online or neither there was any other voice message from the ivr.

Ordered on 14th Jun 2018 through IRCTC Provogue Offer. Till 16th Jul 2018, unable to track Provogue Order No. [protected], for which payment already been done. It's showing "Your order no. [protected] will be delivered within 28 working days from order placed date (order placed on 13th Jun 2018)".

Customer care nos. are not working. Horrible experience.

It's very unsatisfactory experience faced while ordering product under offer of IRCTC with Combo 1, where 2 watches and 1 hand bag ust to be delivered and against which only 1 watch and hand bag delivered. its very shameful activity done by PROVOGUE India with an new customer. My name is Vishal Gokani. I am an irctc user. I have purchased a combo offer, which was offered me in my mail by this link "http://irctc.provogue.com/". I have purchased combo 4 from that link and paid Rs.799 on 16th of June 2018 and my order id is "[protected]". My transaction id is "[protected]". I have received a mail from provogue that i will receive my products within 28 days. Today is 9th of July, almost 25 days. I haven't received any product. I was checking on provogue website for update status, but it still gives me message "in process". I have tried multiple times contacting them via telephone number which was given by them on mail "[protected]". Every time IVR option ask for order number and says that all our representatives are busy wait for some time. I haven't hang up the call for hours, but no one was there to answer. I am feeling that I have been cheated from IRCTC and Provogue. Please help me out.

Provogue CUSTOMER CARE mailed me the tracking details of BLUEDART company but after 2 days till now there is no tracking details. Even tracking number is not found.
