I am trying to login in but gives an error for site owner: invalid site key and not able to log in the site and track my order.

Also tried to call the below-mentioned numbers for order status still no reply to calls.

Hello, i had ordered a jeans last month through flipkart provogue skinny women black jeans, and the quality is very worst, after a wash the colour away and the poor fabric, and got a lots of bubble After a use and it is going to torn if I'll use 1 more time really m not satisfied i had hardly used 2-3 time this jeans and now i m not able to use any more... Help me with it out either i want exchange of it or refund for this.. U are a big brand can't expect this from provogue... Kindly help me with it

I ordered provogue watch on 24 march 2019 and made the payment through icici net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. So agin i have tried to order got the same result. Then i checked my mails and there was a mails from citrus pay that the both transactions was successful and my order no#[[protected]] and #[[protected]] since then i have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "processing" since last 6 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

I placed the order on 27 march 2019 at about one month back and provogue deducted my money and gave me this order confirmation number which are on record..

Till date nothing has delivered / received by me.
Provogue has a customer care number[protected] which is fake i guess and the call never be attended by any human being.
It always says "all representatives are busy".

I filled up the complaint form available in provogue's website. But no reply given to me.

Provgue please stop unethical business practice and please send my product.

And i have no other way to reach without an order id... My bank is not able to help me as the transaction was successful. I am an nri traveled to india in july-aug 2018 and on receipt of watches looks fake and very much of cheap quality. I am really disguised on irctc partnering with crooks like provogue and looting innocent customers. Shame on u provogue scamming nri people. I am requesting for a new watch or a refund of rs.799

Provogue customer service took my grievance in concern and act promptly. I got my money back. Also they expressed their deep regret to not met my expectation. I'm thankful that they solved the issue. I just want to give one advice that they should check ke order and payment, and should be proactive. As they claim that they didn't receive money they should have inform it earlier rather than keeping a customer waiting for so long. Thank you once again..!!

I have ordered the product from provogue last month[protected] and yet i didn't receive my product or any confirmation of delivery date.
I sent a mail to customer care of provogue. I asked them to send a confirmation date of product delivery. They said will delivery soon and didn't mention any date.
But in their official website they mentioned that within 28 days of product order date the product will be delivered to the customer.
Yet i didn't receives any product and it exceeds a month. Until i mails them, they are not giving any proper answer.
Provogue company wasted my time more than a month and patience. I want to claim the high compensation from the provogue.

Updated by arfeen111 I had made train tickets through IRCTC & after making the booking we will get a link from Provogue for online shopping with some combo offers & I did purchase 1 combo & we have to make the payment while ordering there is no cash on delivery option. It was been 36 days no I have not got the combo from Provogue nor my amount refunded to my account so it’s totally fraud. If you try to call there call centre there is no one to pickup the call.

I had placed the order on 20th June payment also made online via card, but I have still not received the goods or even a tracking ID.
I have made multiple calls on their Customer Care[protected] number but no one is answering the calls.
I don't know when they will deliver the order or are they even going to despatch it in the first case.
