[Resolved] Provogue India — product not delivered yet | |||
I have ordered the product from provogue last month[protected] and yet i didn't receive my product or any confirmation of delivery date. I sent a mail to customer care of provogue. I asked them to send a confirmation date of product delivery. They said will delivery soon and didn't mention any date. But in their official website they mentioned that within 28 days of product order date the product will be delivered to the customer. Yet i didn't receives any product and it exceeds a month. Until i mails them, they are not giving any proper answer. Provogue company wasted my time more than a month and patience. I want to claim the high compensation from the provogue. with a big debate you people has realized.
sincere request to Provogue people, if you want to become more popular, firstly communicate with customers about the status before the customers ask you through cal/mail.
if you improve in this no one can beat you.and you will become the leading competitor. Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
