Prox Company Latur — harassing to pay

I was a victim of this company. Please me. My complaints was marked resolved but they are not. I still get there calls and they are harrassing me to pay money and if i don't they will file a case and take me to court. Please help me. I'm just a student i can't pay a huge amount they are constantly increasing the amount to pay. I don't know what to do. I have registered the complaint before it's not resolved please do so. Please resolve my complaints for sure.
