I have ordered ptron earbuds from Amazon which were delivered on 30 JULY 2022 and suddenly from now Stop working.

I have warranty eslip which attached below 👇
I'm requesting you to change or repair my earbuds. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    This letter is in reference to the earphone order which was placed on 25 September 2022 bearing Order#[protected].

    I beg to inform you that one of my delivered product is found out to be faulty and the issue with the same is the sound from one side of the earphone stops working. The product was delivered on 29 September 2022 and being in warranty, it is to request you to kindly replace the same at the earliest. I've tried to contact the company's customer care through contact and mail but haven't received any reply.

          Respected Sir,

          I am Shrikant Kanade, I purchased pTron Boom Pro 4D Deep Bass Dual Driver Wired Earphones with Mic for All Smartphones - (Black & Silver) for 599 Rs. Which order no is PT227813 on 6 Oct 2022 but, still I didn’t get to know

          My order status. On web site complaint page is also not display.

          When I will get my order staus? And how can I track it?

          Please help me.

            I purchased this product on 30 july 2022. and after 1 month one earpod is not recieving any input hennce giving no voice and also it under the warranty kindly replace it or return it as soon as possible. also my lot of work is stuck in the middle due to this issue

                I registered a warranty claim for my earbuds as it right side was not working after 5 months but no response from them a week passed and they assure within 48 hrs issue will be resolve. why the give such promises when they cant keep.i will surely drag this to court and being a lawyer it will be very easy for me.are they fooling normal peoples who r buying their products.what they think that money comes tree. normal peoples money has no value for them

                              Ptron right side bud not working from the beginning. Had raised complaint on 12.08.2022 for replacement but not recd any update..still shows pending... worst company and worst customer service..support number always busy in assisting other customers and not able to connect to customer support team..

                                Since then, through emails it's been going back & forth & now on ends up with a feedback email when I try to enquire about it.

                                The case for the ticket number [protected] has been going on for nearly a month.

                                I even couriered pTron my defective Bluetooth hands-free under the warranty bearing its courier charges, yet, there hasn't been any proper response from the company.

                                Now, each time I write them an email using the same ticket number, it ends up with a responding email asking only for a feedback.

                                      I bought ptron wireless earbuds on 28th of June through Amazon and during one week it works normally but soon the right earbud was unable to pair that took times and later the right earbuds unable to perform well ..it's speaker not working properly .
                                      Even I tried to troubleshoot the problem but still the right earbuds speaker not working at all.

                                      Please do a replacement to my earbuds with new and good ones that actually works as it covers under warranty or provide me the refund against my warranty .

                                      I expect some actions against my complaint .

                                        I have raised a complaint on 21st july on ptron website and registered for warranty since my product (Ptron tangent evo) is not working.I am purchased for less then 1 year but I used for 8 month sound problem and on off problem
                                        I am following up since then but i haven’t received any reply from ptron. Really pathetic service, but Coimbatore service center also very worst feedback and no response as to what is the next process. This is not how you treat your customers. Will definitely not recommend this to anyone, very disappointed and warranty card there is your side response is very very worst 😢
                                        I need for there is warranty not accepted why please answer please replacement need.
