I bought ptron wireless earbuds on 28th of June through Amazon and during one week it works normally but soon the right earbud was unable to pair that took times and later the right earbuds unable to perform well ..it's speaker not working properly .
Even I tried to troubleshoot the problem but still the right earbuds speaker not working at all.

Please do a replacement to my earbuds with new and good ones that actually works as it covers under warranty or provide me the refund against my warranty .

I expect some actions against my complaint .

    I have raised a complaint on 21st july on ptron website and registered for warranty since my product (Ptron tangent evo) is not working.I am purchased for less then 1 year but I used for 8 month sound problem and on off problem
    I am following up since then but i haven’t received any reply from ptron. Really pathetic service, but Coimbatore service center also very worst feedback and no response as to what is the next process. This is not how you treat your customers. Will definitely not recommend this to anyone, very disappointed and warranty card there is your side response is very very worst 😢
    I need for there is warranty not accepted why please answer please replacement need.

      I was suffering with PTron bassbuds the right earbud was not working.I have receive one year warranty and the product is worked only 19 days.So please replace the product or refund.

              I have raised a warranty claim for my product, as they recieved it & told that the replacement would take upto 10 -15 days . I'm mailing them to get the info about my query but they aren't replying to my mails & on their coustomer care no., I've called but i only got instructions on IVR, no customer executive is present any time & finally the call gets rejected .

                My name is Soubhik Sen From West Bengal Kolkata.
                I have buy a ptron bassbuds duo from Amazon. After using two or three weeks the left pair has stop working so i have given to the service on 6 April centre they told me they will return this after 10/15 days but every week I was calling they telling me it will take more 1 weeks.Today 14 may still there saying it will take more 10 days to return.please help me

                  Only 3 month runed good and then not working properly i get the complaint and try so many times of contact no. But i hadn't any response from ptron company i am totally embarrassed to order that ptron products ☹

                        Hello,
                        I purchased Bluetooth Head set on 27/08/21 through Flipkart.
                        Now one speaker is not working properly (Order ID[protected]).
                        For warranty service i called Mr. Sandeep as u mentioned in the website. He is not at all interested to receive calls. I tried different timings... no response.
                        Then i went directly to the service center which is in Dr.Rajkumar road. There i gave the headset to one o[censored]r engineer (Mr. Mahesh), As per him there is no warranty for Headsets. And he wants conformation from the company. (My product is with them only)
                        I fed up with these types of response from customer care. This my 9th product from PTron and response like this. Hope i will get good service from ur side.
